We discovered Emma ball products when we saw an advert for cushion covers on Facebook. straightaway we loved the bright colourful designs and subjects. Wee choose a Puffin and a Seal swimming design.

Information and confirmation regarding our order was sent very quickly and efficiently. The information was clear and thorough and our order was fulfilled and despatched very quickly.

When our covers arrived a couple of days later we were delighted by the quality of the material and the colour and print of the designs.

We are very pleased and have no hesitation whatsoever in ordering again or fully recommending Emma Ball products.

I have ordered items in the past from Emma Ball as I particularly like the animals she draws. I was excited to see the new cross stitch kits and was delighted today when I opened my parcel to find a handwritten note together with a puffin needle minder as a little gift to me as I was the first to order the cross stitch kit. A great little surprise. In the past I have appreciated the envelope with the free little cards - I have used them as little gift tags.

Just received Happy Sheep,Sheep in sweaters,and Felted Sheep mugs individually boxed. They are lovely and excellent value. Thank you.
