Same as other reviews which, regretfully, I did not see before buying. A TOTAL scam! Not a Christchurch, New Zealand, company at all. Told to post back to as address in China for returns and the postage would be over $NZ70+, offered a discount if I changed sizes. Sandal shoes did not fit at all, the strap wasn't long enough to do up. The other sandals were not wide enough. I've ordered a shirt, goodness knows how small that will be. Lesson learned. No Internet shopping for me in the future. A total scam!
UPDATED: Second parcel shoes were okay but very cheaply made imitation of Sketchers. The shirt was way too small even though I measured against their sizing. Material looked like pure polyester - horrible. For the bin. This company also goes by other name. Beware.

Same experience as all the other reviews. Thought they were in Christchurch as per their FB page, crap shoes that are unwearable, will cost more to return them. Only solution is the rubbish bin.
Also not sure how trustpilot is showing 2.5 stars when all the reviews have given 1 star!

Total scam. The product is nothing like the pictures, simply put it is cheap Chinese rubbish that will fall apart quicker than you can unwrap the package. The refund service is also a joke with them telling you that the postage back to the warehouse in China will be more than the refund. The refund will only be forthcoming if the return arrives before the 30 days are up. However they are willing to give you 10% refund if you want to forego the return postage. Don’t waste your money or time.

BEWARE. I recently bought some shoes. The fitting was bad so I tried to return them. I was told it will cost $70-$80 to return with an additional $20 admin fee! I chose to buy from these people as I thought they were local ('Christchurch ') but items have to go back to Asia. The whole image is just misleading. I told them this and their response was 'okay'. It is terrible and misleading. Be very careful when ordering!

I payed 70 dollars for 2 dollar crap, so budget , feel fake look fake, don't send them any money, you will regret it, they don't even deserve the 1 star but I couldn't write a review, you'll get better shoes from temu or shein please don't buy

The shoes I bought weren't quite the right fit. I needed to return them but was told that I would have to send them to Asia and that it would cost around $70NZ. I would also be required to pay a 20% admin fee. Very upset. Extremely poor customer service.

This company pretends to be based in Christchurch, NZ but is a total sham! Goods are extremely poor quality and shipped directly from Asia. When you complain that they are not as advertised and you would like to return them they tell you it's going to cost at least 65-70 NZ$ PLUS a $20 administration fee per item! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!
