I have bought wallpaper from EJS before and it is such a beautiful and high quality product that I had no hesitation purchasing again.

Coffee mugs I ordered from Emma J Shipley arrived promptly from the UK to the USA in the time promised. They are exactly as pictured, fanciful and brightly colored, and in perfect condition. I find no flaws or irregularities; they are finely crafted. Exactly what I hoped for and my new kitchen!

There was a missing item from our order and Georgia and the other EJS Fairies were quick to respond and get a replacement in the mail asap. Thank you team!

I am completely in awe of my Lynx pendant I have just bought. It's absolutely stunning, chunky and yet refined, a thing of utter beauty, I am over the moon.
I also want to give a big shout out to customer services, and Emma herself who helped me with my many questions, I can honestly say I received the best customer service I have experienced anywhere for a very long time. What a fabulous, creative company, with dream like fantasy products.

Stunning Gift. I gave my niece the Monogram for her 5th Birthday. Such a stunning pieces of art for her to treasure, the colours in real life are just stunning.

First off, I love my placemats - worth every penny. They should last a lifetime. Second, Emma Shipley customer service is wonderful. Some of them arrived damaged in shipping and they worked tirelessly with me to come to a resolution; Georgia was quick to respond and made it easy to get replacements for the damaged ones.

Printed fabric price extortionate, communication is extremely poor, really disappointed as the prices keep increasing for the same level of quality. Forced to look elsewhere.

Had an issue with a product I had ordered in it arriving damaged. Georgia responded to my issue in a timely way, sent out another product and apologised for the inconvenience. Fabulous customer service from a company that clearly cares about their customers and their experience. I’ll be back for more products in the future. X

We have purchased an Emma Shipley velvet patterned chair from a retailer. It is a beautiful chair just what we wanted however the fabric is poor ..it is 2 seperate colours and looks worn or sun bleached on the back and bottom and as a focal point can be clearly seen. The chair was expensive. we questioned it and was told that was because it is velvet ??? after numerous emails they have eventually agreed to collect for a refund. I would suggest only purchase products that you have physically seen as once bought a real hassle to get an answer from them.

Bought a leopard iPhone case. It’s absolutely gorgeous and high quality. Arrived super quick too.

Purchased a Lynx duvet cover and bought the matching pillowcases which do not come with the duvet. It doesn’t come as a set, despite the extremely high price tag. I loved the design so decided to buy these items. Upon receiving them, the pillowcases are a slightly lighter shade of pink than the so called matching duvet cover. In addition, the quality of the fabric is incredibly thin which is so disappointing for such an expensive brand. Emma Shipley has clearly put a lot of effort into the beautiful prints and is selling them at incredibly high prices but is capitalising by using the cheapest flimsiest possible fabrics. This is just so disappointing to rip customers off in this way. The products should be made a high quality high thread count fabric. I could buy the same low quality duvet on the high street in a supermarket and the quality would probably be better than the high price tag charged by Emma Shipley. If you care about the quality of your products and want to ensure customers receive high quality goods please address the incredibly poor quality of your items being sold. Lots of low rated reviews by your customers are saying the same thing about the items you are selling. POOR QUALITY!!! TOTAL RIP OFF!!

Beautiful products and very unusual designs. One small issue we had on our order was dealt with incredibly well by Georgia from customer services and completely resolved. Would highly recommend.

I bought one of the bird papers in blue to decorate a wall of a bedroom. I've papered many rooms over the years and was very happy with the quality of Emma Shipley. The room looks fabulous. Then bought place mats. Super quality.
So I've just purchased 3 of the large prints in my initials. Oh my the Internet images do not do them justice. The colours are absolutely fabulous. I had to touch them to convince myself they were not velvet or embossed. I love them. Worth the money for sure.

I ordered the Emma J Shipley Lost World velvet cosmetic bag. It arrived today and I was extremely disappointed with it. The pattern of the bag is very nice and it's exactly as it appears online. But the zip doesn't run smoothly. On top of that, it arrived in a plastic bag, inside a jiffy bag, and is very creased. No care whatsover with the packaging, and the item itself is just okay.

I was given an Emma Shipley Kruger candle for my birthday. After burning it( with the door closed) for two hours, there was no fragrance whatsoever. I emailed customer services who replied to say that they were sorry to hear that I was disappointed. They then listed some of the constituent elements plus a description of who poured the wax and where they were during the process. I care not. To me, if there’s no fragrance then there’s no point to the candle.
In future, I shall stick with Trvdon candles which are amazing in every respect.

So this is a what a $300 Duvet and shams looks like! Simply stunning. I've never seen anything like it. I will start saving for another purchase. This is such high quality and the most gorgeous colors and artwork!

Overpriced poor quality bedding. Duvets are super expensive for very poor quality cotton fabric that is very thin and flimsy. Matching pillow cases are to be bought seperately rather than part of a duvet set as is mostly the case when buying a duvet set. Pillow cases are a slightly different shade of pink despite it supposed to match the duvet I bought. I would not recommend this brand due to the poor quality fabrics used.
