Great Customer Service so far

I placed an order yesterday and so far I am impressed with this company. I spoke with Greg on the phone, and he took the time to fully address all my questions and concerns. Greg was knowledgeable, helpful, and made me feel confident going forward with the purchase when I was ready. Once I placed the order, I received multiple confirmations via email and text message, and they even reached out to double check that I ordered the correct bed size. I am looking forward to receiving further updates and eventually having my items delivered. So far, so good!

Buying a sofa? Easy Peasey with no sweat on my brow.

Samantha made my experience buying a recliner sofa quite pleasant. I simple told her what I was looking for. She provided several choices and we whittled it down from there. I could not be happier with the final selection.

While I have been in the furniture biz all of my life… when you get to the age of 71, the ease of shopping plus no worry delivery is important.

emmamason.com makes it a breeze.

Thank you Samantha, Lenny and the gang there for your help from the comfort of my home.

Saved husband from the dog house

I ordered a bedroom set online and in true husband fashion, selective hearing kicked in, and I screwed up the order. The order was placed Saturday night…long sleepless night worrying about the mistake. Andrian called us back Sunday and took care of everything in a professional quick manner, answered all of our questions and concerns.

Sean is so very helpful. . , .!!!

I have never used this website and would surely have left thinking it was a scamBUT Sean was so helpful and went far out of his way, i believed the company to be legit.

Much on the website unavailable- in the end we were able to find offerings actually available.

We will see if the rest of the company is as kind, efficient and professioonal

We purchased a sectional from Emma…

We purchased a sectional from Emma Mason last fall, and the experience has been frustrating. When the loveseat portion of the sectional first arrived, it had dings from the movers. We sent it back, only to be told it would take six months to get a replacement. Not wanting to wait that long, we agreed to accept the damaged loveseat for a small discount.

Within just one month, the material began peeling so badly that we were picking up chunks of it off the floor daily. We had no idea that by accepting the returned piece, we were also agreeing to live with serious manufacturing defects. Emma Mason acknowledged the issue and sent replacement parts for a technician to fix it—except they sent the wrong part for the loveseat.

Now, despite admitting the damage was bad enough to warrant a repair, they claim there’s nothing more they can do. Their “solution”? A $100 discount on future orders over $2,000—completely useless for replacing the loveseat we already bought.

This has been an expensive, time-consuming, and disappointing experience. I cannot recommend Emma Mason based on their product quality or their customer service.

Buying by phone was so super easy

Buying by phone was so super easy, and Samantha was incredibly helpful. She had followed up with my inquiry a few days prior and I was worried about delivery time. Eventually I decided to move forward with the purchase and she had everything ready to go, which made the process easy and smooth.

Samantha is amazing!

Samantha is very, very professional and knowledgeable of the online/over-the-phone process and, more importantly, very patient with me as I navigated through talking with her and completing the transaction on my mobile phone. Looking forward to working with her and the Emma Mason team again for future purchases.

GREAT experience ordering!

Our experience ordering our table and chairs was excellent due to the great service we had from our 5 star specialist Greg. He was very helpful with placing our order since this was the first time to use Emma Mason. So anxious to get the items! Thank you Emma Mason and Greg for a great deal!

sydney helped me alot

sydney helped me alot, i had issues finding hte items and she made it really easy. i then the website gave me trouble but she verified that the order went through. she went above and beyond. i had doubts ordering furniture online and she reassured me. thanks again

with purchasing the only dinning/kitchen table that I've been able to find that we like! Hard to find traditional furniture, most is so modern! Emma Mason responded quickly to my question of delivery also!
