Terrible Experience with Emmerson Kitney
We engaged Emmerson Kitney to employ an assistant accountant. Requested to pay £1,500 up front.
The candidates weren't suitable, for an example, we had candidates that told us they weren't interested in a new job but had been harassed by Emmerson, and a former Estate Agent with no accounts experience etc etc.
The contact we had at Emmerson left the company, we've had weeks of no contact, constantly missed deadlines, would book in calls and then not be available and it goes on.
We then subsequently filled the position with Culture Recruitment and everything from the service to the candidates was 100% better. Emmerson won't return the deposit payment.
Extremely poor experience - I would strongly consider not using Emmerson Kitney.
