If you live in the UK, don’t order!!!
If you live in the UK, I’d strongly advise not buying from this company. I bought five items in one order, two are fine and the others I need to return. To return any items you have to email an address to request a return - it’s not automatic (deliberately I would say). Then I received a very delayed reply telling me that shipping costs to return were high and due to the time passed (on their part I might add) they suggested I should consider keeping the items. This was a week ago. I’ve asked to return and they’ve just not come back to me. My daughter found this company online. I think probably through TikTok. They don’t seem like a proper legit company and I wouldn’t risk the purchase as if it’s not suitable it’s too difficult to deal with them.
Very dodgy.
Also, two items were a totally different colour to the website, really not accurate pictures.

HORRIBLE. CAREFUL DO NOT ORDER
Honestly terrible it would be nice for a refund because nothing that came was the size I ordered it was pretty much all too small. 2 of the hoodies looked terrible and the quality of the clothing is so terrible. I rather order any other clothing brand. Definitely do some research before ordering, if I knew it was a random Chinese brand I would have not ordered from them
Update: they offered me 30% refund of an order that cost me 187… that 30% is 10 dollars. Math doesn’t add up to that being 10 should be more so 50 dollars. They think that’s a simple fix to a big problem on my end. This is a crappy company entirely

After 6 weeks of waiting time, I Received a zipper that looked nothing Like in the pictures (different colortone and no washed features) and the quality was Even more poor than if you buy something of temu. Couldnt refund either bc of the long delivery time

US sizing is not correct. Very small.
Update- even though the US sizing is deceptive and 1 of the items was defective, Emmiol offered a 20% refund.
Unacceptable. Though they responded quickly trying to resolve the problem 20% refund on unwearable product is not helpful.
Ordered two pairs of pants and a sweater for my son. The US sizing is wrong. The jeans I ordered were a US38. Received item size was listed a " L" but more like a US28. Also a pair of the jeans had no button hole cut. Mostly look like the photos but very thin material. Sweater is cute and looks like photo again just sizing is small.

Ordered a coat from here and wasn’t impressed at all with the quality. It was meant to be a reversible coat but can’t be worn the other way as the zips and buttons on the arms make it uncomfortable, not to mention the large tag on the opposite side which is awkwardly attached and when removed so I could wear it the other way, it left a noticeable rough patch in the fur. I did email customer support with these complaints but I’m yet to hear anything back.
