I had ordered some regular gloves that were not at the warehouse and were delayed so EMMO upgraded at no charge to real leather gloves! That is great customer service. Now I wait for the winter to end so I can get delivery of my newly purchased EMMO MAX 84V in red which is stored at my dealer.
