Company sent me the wrong size, wants me to send it back at my expense and won’t refund my money. I ordered other items so can’t go through the credit card company to dispute. DO NOT PIRCHASE FRIM THEM. I have been arguing with them for a month.

I ordered a uk size 14 jacket so that it would fit comfortably however, even though the label said XL, it was far too small. It’s more like a size 10.
I emailed the company who offered me a 15% refund and keep the jacket. I’ve asked for a full refund because it’s not worth the price I paid. Very cheap quality.
I bought a top advertised at UK 5xl when it arrived 10 days later it was way too small. Started the process of returning for refund. Company tried to change my mind with 5% refund or £5 voucher. I insisted on returning item. I had to pay postage to China then it took 2 months of emails and still no refund. I had to go through PayPal and then they decided to refund it after a few days. In summary they were determined give me the run around rather than loose any money, customer care be dammed. In the end I got most of it refunded, they still took another £5 for discounted item (not mentioned in their returns policy). But I accepted just to end this hole incident.
