Being a new immigrant and not knowing the regulations and rules of England, Sam Knowles on behalf of Griffin Property has made it easy and quick for me to get a property. I have never found looking for a property this easy as compared to other agents I have dealt with in the past. Highly recommended , a serendipitous encounter!

I was really shocked that some rents…
I was really shocked that some rents have gone up 15-20% just shows how greedy some landlords are and how they sully our name.
On average I charged between 0% on two properties at renewal and 6.2 % on three others. That’s how to avoid voids and keep good tenants!!!

Absolutely Fantastic Highly Recommended
This is such a fantastic online agent. I cannot rate them highly enough. I went with the online experience as I knew my type of property and location would not sell to a local person and using them enabled me to use the online property portals like Rightmove and OntheMarket. I hired a professional photographer with drone capability and sorted out the property particulars myself. I received notifications when someone wanted to view or make an offer through email so could immediately log on to their online system to respond. I could not see the point in paying thousands to a high street agent when I had to do the viewings myself. Was really pleased to achieve the asking price and exchange in just under eight weeks.
