The photos don’t match up with the product received

The photos don’t match up with the product received. Returning it is impossible because you realise that the return address is in China, the cost being prohibitive. Finally, you are told to keep the product(which you will never use because the quality is so poor) and offer you a return of 30%. Is this legally right, for a firm installed in the Netherlands. This is the second time I've been misled by a firm supposedly dutch!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Our order arrived after 21 days from China. The jumper did NOT match the photo. The photo on there advertisement was fake.
After 5 emails they refuse to pick up there phones to dicuss, refused to send return address and refused a refund.
They have NO formal review process and our view it's all a SCAM.
I have implemented a complaint to the trading authorities.
