Honestly did not expect the amount of details on health e.g history taking to be given, showed me that I will be constantly learning throughout my career which I’m looking forward to.

Insight to Healthcare

This was such a fun and informative event. The day started off with lecture styled talks on medical case studies around x-rays and history taking before moving onto circuits about medical school applications (including a mini MMI) and a panel talk at the end of the day. It was suitable for students interested in many healthcare professions, not just medicine.

Empathos Review

Really helpful and reaslistic student insight into medicine and dentistry, giving detailed advice and reassurance on studying the course and getting in. Session on NHS values and pillars of ethics being really useful to later be utilised in interviews.
