Excellent experience from start to finish!
Ordering the paint online was very easy and the choices of colours are excellent. We went for the Chalky Grey, which we love.
The paint arrived well packaged & within the timeframe advertised.
The paint itself is of very good quality. Very thick & covered our pebbledash walls excellently.
Physically it was quite hard work to get the paint into all the nooks and crannies but so worth the effort.
Our bungalow looks fantastic!
Yes, Emperor paint is quite expensive but I believe it's well worth it.
I would thoroughly recommend this paint.

Best masonry paint I’ve ever used
Delivery was super quick, literally the next day the courier is giving me a time slot. This meant no time lost on my project. The paint is truly amazing. Great coverage, easy to work with (I used a brush) and it covered minor cracks with no problem. The off white is just that - not a cream or colour, but not brilliant white either. Absolutely delighted and would highly recommend it - the best masonry paint I have ever used.

Initial review as product not yet used
The purchasing experience was simple but, unfortunately, the delivery took place one day later than expected. My understanding from information given on the website, is that it was delayed at the collection point between the seller and the delivery provider. The delayed delivery caused me to change plans, and so I have not yet used the product.
