Wasn’t told the actual coverage, was told I have a 0 deductible and repairs were covered under the obvious terms. Got my package today and it is a 0 deductible but coverage is only 70% of repair cost.... See more

Stop taking my money or I’m getting my layer involved. Cancel my home insurance from me people and my Auto. I have State Farm for my home and my auto that’s where I will stay goodbye.
I called Empire Auto in reference to receiving automated calls that my auto policy had been cancelled when my mileage or year terms had not expired. However, the representative I spoke with advised me the automated messages were a mistake but offered me a new policy on another vehicle, 2003 Mercedes SLK230 Kompressor, that I assumed couldn't be covered under the full comprehensive coverage I have on my 2015 BMW 328i xDrive. Although I declined the coverage the representative charged my on file debit card for policy coverage for the vehicle and added home insurance that I did not request. Subsequently after seeing my debit card was charged for the unwanted policy I called Empire Auto back and spoke with a different representative who returned the money to my debit card and cancelled the unwanted policy. I've had to make 1 claim on my BMW for a A/C compressor repair and had no problem getting Empire Auto to cover it's portion as promised in its contract for my auto coverage.
Explain the warranty to me. And told how 3 year plan works for me
If there was a zero Stars option I would give it to these guys. I declined service from this company. Advised them. Purchased coverage from a different provider.
Then a charge from them appeared on my credit card. I reported the bogus charge to BofA. They will reverse it. My take is that the agent ran it just to get an order against quota or for commission.
Can't confirm that - Just be careful. Lot's of choices out there!!
Was never told that there was a 36 months or 36000 miles.
Said I pay for 2 years getv2 years free.
Great customer service! Made me feel comfortable and appreciated.
Poor attitude , short, curt and requested credit card information for non legitimate additional cost not previously agreed upon nor explained, only demanded! unbelievable disrespect.
I have not received any paperwork yet and I really felt that I was rushed to make a decision. I asked him to give me an hour and let me call him back and he would not let me do that.
If I could give this company zero stars I WOULD.
I bought a contract, the premium coverage. They asked for my VIN to check the car. I have paid 15 months on this warranty, totalling over $2000.
I took my car to the shop, my radiator was leaking, I get a phone call saying the company was not covering my car because of a branded title. When I bought this warranty they told me they were checking my VIN!
So I call, ask for a refund, since they won't be covering my vehicle. The first time I called they hung up. I called again, right after that a spoke to a man, who told me he was going to send an email to Mepco because they don't handle refunds. I call again today. 4 different times. Hung up on 4 of those times. I talked to a man child, who said his name was Shelby. He said it was my fault for not telling them that my title was branded. That I wouldn't get a refund. Proceeds to tell me that had I told them that my title was branded then they could have gotten me the right coverage. But they checked the VIN, right? I ask for a manager, he says he is. After this, I call Mepco, the company who I was paying. They tell me, that Empire Auto Protect has to send an email. A refund request email. She transfers me over to them, I tell him this new information that I've received, he continues to be rude and tell me it's my fault and that I'm not getting through him. He tells me that I'm trying to blame them, when I just want my money back. Which they told me if it's canceled or I don't use the money I pay into it, then they will send me my money back. Now, I feel I'm going to fighting to get my money back, and possibly end up in small claims court because of this company. I am by no means a person with money to spare, and now I have a car to fix, this company should be shut down!
This warranty is a damn scam. They will NOT COVER ANYTHING.
The worst experience in a sale I’ve ever had. Lied about the amount of coverage, then avoided me when tried to contact them to make it right. Then shuffled me to some idiot who disrespected me when I told him I wanted to cancel. Denying me cancellation. If I can give zero stars I would
I wanted a quote for my 2022 Mercedes EQS 450+ with 77000 miles. I was told the same thing as another reviewer that my vehicle qualified for the Platinum EV without deductible because it was in the system already. $149/month for 24 months would give me 3 years coverage with unlimited miles. I was told I would only get the special rate without deductible if I gave my credit card this instant otherwise it would not be available on my second phone call. I was also told they would send the warranty coverage/exclusion packet within a week. I asked if they could email so I could review and call back tomorrow to pay. I was again told the deal would disappear unless I gave my credit card right now. I was confused. Why would I pay for something that I haven’t even read over to understand the coverage? As another reviewer reported the coverage was only 70% with a max $3500 per year pay out. I would be very upset if I paid and had to fight for even a small refund. I am very disappointed in the high pressure tactic and vanishing deal that can’t wait until tomorrow. This is my personal experience on 6/15/26.
Very pleasant salesman, no pressure at all,
You listen to the questions and answer them, very easy. They’’ll explain the terms and if it’s what you looking for, then you complete the process. I’m glad I’ve signed on.
