I feel very blessed to have had the opportunity to work with Empire Flippers to help me sell my business. It was a fair and clear process. Every step was laid out in a way that was easy to understand. Every team member was incredibly patient and helped me understand each step without making me feel rushed.

I've worked with Empire Flippers in the past, both as a Seller and Buyer. There's been a very noticeable decrease in their experience level recently. The knowledge level I had grown accustomed to on the deal making side of things basically seems to have evaporated. It's like I'm dealing with amateurs who have no business brokering deals. I find that very disappointing, especially since they're on the premium end of fees. Whatever decisions their leadership is making as of late are clearly misplaced. I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Really hard working folks, other brokers dont deal much with transfers but here you are stress free. They go above and beyond solving all transfer issues.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Empire Flippers to sell my online business, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. From the start, it became apparent that they did not have a proper understanding of my business and its unique niche.

Despite their initial claims of being able to sell various types of online businesses, it became clear that their expertise was primarily focused on small dropshipping stores. This limitation was not communicated clearly during the initial stages of the process. As a result, my business, which was a larger and more established brand within the sports niche, seemed to be outside their area of expertise.

Throughout the months that followed, communication with Empire Flippers was primarily through chat, with no phone calls or scheduled Zoom meetings to discuss my specific requirements and business details. This lack of personal interaction made it difficult to convey the intricacies and value of my business effectively. It seemed as though they were not willing to invest the necessary time and effort to understand my unique offering.

Ultimately, after months of waiting, I received the disappointing news that Empire Flippers could not sell my business due to its specific niche. This revelation was frustrating, as I had hoped that their expertise and market reach would enable them to find a suitable buyer. It was disheartening to realize that they had provided incorrect information and had not thoroughly understood my business before embarking on the sales process.

Furthermore, the customer service I received throughout the entire experience was subpar. The lack of communication, limited support, and the feeling that they were not genuinely invested in helping me achieve a successful sale left me greatly dissatisfied. I expected a higher level of professionalism and knowledge from a reputable brokerage firm.

In conclusion, my experience with Empire Flippers was extremely disappointing. Their lack of understanding of my business, poor communication, and limited ability to handle businesses outside their specific focus left me frustrated and feeling like my time was wasted. I would caution others who have businesses in specific niches or larger brands to carefully consider whether Empire Flippers is the right platform to sell their online business.

I was a bit nervous about selling my largest site, but I trusted the Empire Flippers name. Nobody likes paying a commission, but it was worth it. EF makes the experience hands-off (just how I like it!), safe, and secure. I sold my site and had the funds in my account within 30 days. I won't hesitate to use EF again when selling other sites.

I had a call with Empire Flippers to discuss the possibility of listing my website. They were not at all pushy, and their representative was very knowledgeable. Also, the platform works smoothly. I would definitely trust Empire Flippers to sell an online business. And equally, I would be confident buying a business through them.

Empire Flippers is very Honorable firm. I made offer on a business and Wired the money only to find out that the seller was hiding moving parts of the deal that could affect its success.
Empire flippers not only protected me but continued to put better Metrics in place for vetting to ensure this wouldn't happen again!!!
I would only trust Empire Flippers for Vetting and insuring the success on both sides of the deal when it comes to online businesses and all the moving parts.

Overall they were helpful and did a good job helping newbies like us and the seller through the process.
There are a few areas that could be improved:

1. We were guided by the sales agent to do a Best and Final Offer and then a counter was given to us after best and final.
2. No additional inventory costs were disclosed upfront but then the seller asked for those additional costs (5% more) to be reimbursed after we had sent the negotiated amount and the transfer process had begun.
3. We immediately deviated from the transfer process communicated upfront to accommodate the seller - this made it feel like we continually had to negotiate to maintain the original transfer commitments (access and timeline) by EmpireFlippers.

I would recommend Empire Flippers to anyone who is keen to sell off their business or in fact even to buy a business. This is the 2nd time when I have sold off a business, and 1st time when I did it with Empire Flippers and I can tell selling off the business through them was much much smoother. They have very nice processes in place and the good thing is they have a thorough process to evaluate your business and you collectively agree on a listing price. They are very communicative and do hand holding in each and every step, right from evaluation to sale and migration. Highly recommend them.
