Overpriced Homes with Substandard Work

We paid a premium price for our home, but the finishing quality was far below expectations. Basic workmanship — from painting to flooring and detailing — was done in a very low-grade manner. Despite repeated follow-ups, the builder’s response to fix these issues has been slow and unsatisfactory. For the amount of money spent, the value delivered feels disappointing. Buyers should be aware that while the price is high, the quality and service do not match.
