My team at Thomas hired Empire Studios to produce a number of customer testimonials and company promotional videos on our behalf — we had the ideas but needed to partner with an expert team to light, shoot, edit, and execute with us.
From the very beginning, Chris's focus was on ROI (a huge plus when working with an outside vendor), and he helped steer the direction and production of our videos to ensure we hit our goals. In reality, we far exceeded them — we actually closed enough sales with our first (of five) video to cover the entire cost of the project.
Throughout the process, we were more than comfortable with having Chris serve as a point of contact with customers, and he made everyone feel at ease with the shoot. Because we had such a positive experience, we ended up signing him on for additional projects to work directly with our customers, as well as continuing on with working to promote our company itself.
