Twice we placed order and transactions went through and both times order got cancelled! Seller say paypal cancelled the transaction but i have had a confirmation from PayPal to show there was no issues with transactions and that seller issued a refund! 1 liner answers from the seller without any explanation really! Waste of time and unnecessary stress!
Literally their only job...

Poor customer service. Bought a bike at £389.99, they then cancelled the order saying its out of stock. Next day the price increases to £489.99 and in stock. Could have just said price mistake, no response what so ever, same bike on ON buy £489.99 on their website £389.99. This is not a type of business you want to deal with.

Ordered Air Pro 3 earphones from emporium digital. They were faulty. I was told that I would have to pay the postage to return their faulty goods and get a refund (£3.85). Great service. Won’t go back.
