Refund policy isn’t great

Have to pay to return , plus am yet to receive an email to confirm receipt of return. Tracked parcel it was received 31/07/25 it is 07/08/25 poor communication

Happy with every dress lv had

This is a recent experience!! I returned two orders expecting my full refund. The company deducted delivery charges on both orders which contradicts their return policy. It states if a return is below the value of £100, and initially received free delivery a deduction of £6.99 would be deducted from the refund. One of my orders was over the value of £100.00 it was £179.00 yet they still deducted £6.99. The other was under £50.00 I paid for delivery but they deducted £3.99. To top it off I pre paid for a recorded delivery to return borh orders! I contacted the customer services email and no response which is appauling! Do not waste your money the clothes are not like they are portrayed on the website, definitely fast fashion overlooking quality. The customer service is appauling as they didn't respond to any of my emails. Do not waste your money- recent and last experience April 2025.

Had my first order come today and the clothes are really nice!! I’m a tall girl though (5’8) and some of the skirts are a bit too short for me. Customer services got back to me really fast as well about returning, really pleased, I’ll definitely be ordering again! ☺️x

Second time ordering from Empowa and I love this loungewear , planning to order more colours.

Absolute terrible experience, I order a jumpsuit that doesn’t really look like it did on the model and its a little see through, I also order some sandals that didn’t fit so I sent them back on 19/08/24 with Royal Mail luckily as they don’t state clearly that you can’t return with DPD or Evri they just of your choice. They got my parcel on 27/08/24 but hadn’t updated the system to say you had it. Not until a whole month later you update Klarna saying that you haven’t received anything saying that I haven’t seen it back. Which I then had to send an email to you proving all my tracking info including my recipt when I took it back and also proved that some signed for it that they have collected it on 27/08/24 so why update a month later on the 23/09/24. After finally getting through to them with my emails they have come back saying I can only have a gift card which is not stated anywhere to be seen which it should be, just a scam to get your money really. Your items are awful quality that’s why i retuned them so why would i then want a gift card with you? Which was not told about until after all this hassle. Currently now having to fight for my money back instead of this poxy gift card that I’m never going to use. Also currently still trying to read through terms & conditions to find where it says gift card only. As it doesn’t say it on returns where it should be hahaha.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Don’t bother ordering from here
Bought a dress for £47 was a basic fabric when it arrived and one size so didn’t fit
Sent back within the return period - paid for the return and item was then sent back to me
Paid again to send via Royal Mail and then was told I only get a credit and not a refund which will no doubt be non refundable aswell
Don’t bother replying saying you told me to use Royal Mail because you didn’t you told me in the email I could use a carrier of my choice but Royal Mail was preferred - not essential. If yodel or Evri DOES NOT post to you then you should tell your customers this. Customer service is a joke always trying to prove customers wrong and give smug cocky replies and always giving excuses when poeple leave bad reviews. How about taking some of the customer feedback on board. Very unprofessional

Beautiful dress

Returned an item the same day it arrived and it has been returned back to me. Their return window is very limited and I spent a fortune organising the return. I will not be doing this a second time. Emailed them as they have no telephone number and it says there’s a 48 hour response time frame. I don’t want to be stuck with a product I can’t wear. I don’t usually order from sites I see promoted on insta, but I wanted to give it a try as I loved the co-ord. Delivery was fast though and I have already paid the 5.99 shipping fee. I am waiting for a response.

Absolutely appalling quality, arrived faulty. I received it 7 days after I ordered so would then not let me make a return on the portal just a few days after. I tried to complain and their online form also has a glitch so you’re stuck with the loss of money! Will never order again

Absolutely loved my dress!! First time ordering and the postage is so fast!! That’s a super fabulous online purchase in itself 🥰
