I was struggling with my studies and found this training provider online, they were extremely helpful when I contacted them via live chat and email, Jo responded to my queries very promptly and was informative about the study aids available.
I highly recommend the CII courses made by Empower Developments because not only they teach you the syllabus from the official CII Study Textbook, they also provide very good memory techniques that help you to retain your knowledge. They have small bite-size videos for each chapter of the book that highlight the important information that you need to be aware of in the exam, along with real life case studies. This allows me to repeat their videos more than once until I understand and can retain the knowledge. The course includes posters of spider diagrams that helps you to recall your learning. You need to pay extra for the revision cards with a book of questions to practice, but I also recommend them in addition to the course. The cards allow you to remember the definitions of each key terms throughout the syllabus and not focusing on one area. I split the cards into certain number of batches that is manageable on the day/depending on my mood and then increase the number when I can finally remember the terms. As a result, I have managed to pass my exam and therefore will continue to use their courses for the other modules in the future.
