Top quality comfy as ever shoes. Your customer service is the bomb

I first purchased the red patent leather slippers. They are so nice and comfy. The leather is very soft and pliable and the square-toe shape really does make a difference in comfort. I’ve also received multiple compliments on them.

They came with a standard insole that you can swap out for the arch support ones. Just keep sizing in mind because the arch ones do make the fit more snug (and I have narrow feet!!!) so if your feet are wider, keep this in mind.

Also to keep in mind is that they do take a little while to ship, since they come from China. You will first get a USPS tracking number, but you won’t see any movement till the slippers actually arrive to the U.S. However, I contacted customer support and they readily provided me another shipment tracker that shows the progress of the shoes when they depart China.

I’ve honestly been so happy with these shoes that they’ve become my new favorites. So much so that I’ve actually decided to buy a second pair. I was waiting for them to make a beige/nude version and now they have! So that’s my next purchase.

Not only do I love the look of the square toes (reminds me of my ballet days), but they work well for me on occasional very long days on my feet as a wedding planner. I have Morton’s neuroma as well, so these flats have been wonderful.

After wearing my shoes 3 times, the surface seems to be flaking off particularly on the heels and anywhere the shoe creases. For the price of the shoes I expected them to last longer.

The shoes look and are packaged beautifully, they are very soft leather. The toe box is indeed wide and perfect for toes but I do think the rest of the shoe isn’t particularly wide. They would have been perfect if they were wide at the ball of the foot.

Empress shoes are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn, especially because I have wide feet and have to wear orthotics 24/7. I bought one pair as a trial and now I have 4 pairs (and still coming back for more LOL). I highly recommend these shoes.

Glad they answered me. But you should put in bold advertising these shoes fit like Nike which is smaller than standard sizes. I had to pay to return these shoes

These shoes are soft yet supportive ( I suffer from plantar fasciitis- yet with the amazing insoles I can walk all day in these shoes ) , they are elegant but practical - before I found this brand I was having to prioritize comfort or occasion and was always either in trainers, Birkenstocks or suffering in heels.No end of compliments. When I thought I had ordered the wrong size the customer service was incredible - I was offered 2 different options to solve the issue - both were very acceptable and I was so impressed at both the speed of response and the personal touch. Just ordered extra pairs …

These shoes are gorgeous and comfortable to wear! 😍 I got a wine color and caramel color. I get a lot of compliments from people. I told them to look into "Empress." If you noticed more orders from people than usual, you're welcome! LOL! 😆 And oh, please make them in different colors.

Great fit, great packaging, great level of comfort

The shoes are beautiful and fit well on my wide feet. Please update your packaging to eliminate the plastic. My favourite brands deliver in simple paper and cardboard that can all go into the recycling bin.

These shoes are the first shoes that don’t hurt my feet. I love the soft feel of the shoes, inside and out. It’s like not wearing any shoes at all. The price is very reasonable. Shipment is fairly quick. I just want them in more colors. Royal purple and Lavender, for example. Even a deep forest Green, would be lovely. I already have 6 pair of these wonderful shoes. I’d buy more, in every possible color.

I have been trying to return shoes to Empress Shoes. Someone finally responded with an address for the return. When I took the shoes to the Post Office I was told the address I had been given was undeliverable.
I do not know what to do next.
July 18 - I was finally able to get an address where I could return the shoes. Returned them today. Hopefully will be getting a refund soon.
This would have been so much easier in the company had a customer service number. Since they don’t my suggestion is that they try to respond to customers in a more timely way.

These shoes were unfortunately just terrible quality. I bought two pairs on sale for $90 each. When they arrived, one pair had dust and mold as if they had been sitting in storage for a while, and the shoebox was really scratched up. The shoes themselves are made with cheap material, I could find better shoes for $20 elsewhere. Not at all what I expected for the price unfortunately, and their customer service was extremely hard to work with. I had to email back and forth with them for a week to get a full refund, despite their 365 day guarantee, and they refused to provide a shipping label/address so I could send them back.

The shoes are comfortable and very versatile. They are great with jeans or a more dressy look.
They worked best with the extra arch support. Without it there was no support whatsoever.
I signed up for messages from Empress and it mentions sales. However, when I go to order shoes at the sale price, the $99 price comes up.
Can you please give us a real sale and I will order more.
