Paid for next day delivery and still haven't received my order
I made an order on the 7th Jan, and I paid for next day delivery. It's been three days now and I've not even had an email that the order has been dispatched... I've repeatedly been trying to contact them to find out what's going on with my order, and so far I've had no response. I won't be ordering from here again

First of all we wish to sincerely apologise for the experience you had shopping with us. Due to major technical difficulties at the beginning of the year, we unfortunately missed your order. However, we did refund your money in full as soon as we were made aware of the issue. We were also grateful you brought this to our attention at the time and since then we have introduced additional steps to ensure that experience never happens again.
