If I had to describe empty soda it would be “my clothing style personified”. For a long time I struggled with my style and what clothes i felt comfortable with.. until I found Empty Soda! I love the packaging you guys use! I think it makes me more exciting to open your package. I also love how you give away free items on your website! One thing I would try to work on is Sizing! some of my items do come big sometimes but I’m not complaining! Shipping is a little weird right now due to Covid so I understand why it takes a little longer to push out items so hopefully when it clears up the shipping can return to normal.

My first time shopping at Empty soda was a great experience. When I emailed the company about a return because of a fitting issue on my part they responded right away and gave me store credit and allowed me to keep the items that didn’t fit. Best return policy ever

This company sells very cute and trendy clothes for cheap! The clothing arrives speedily, and the quality of the items are superior! Would recommend

Sizing chart for pants is all wrong. I’m usually a small and I measured everything and the sizing chart also said I was a small. When my pants came I couldn’t putt them above my thighs without ripping anything. I did get store credit for it and had a very easy and good experience with your customer care.

they are such a great website to shop on and their clothes are a great material and perfectly priced, I think that they could fix their website by not having it re-jump to the very top after you click on a clothing item but other than that is a great store.

The clothing I got were all so cute!! Packaged super cutely and came in a week and a half. Great service overall.

i received a broken bag, threads falling out, very clearly broken and when i contacted to get a refund they offered me a replacement. i didn’t want the bag anymore because clearly it was very poor quality and i just wasn’t interested. but the problem was when i asked they ghosted me. still waiting to hear back about my refund. very disappointing when i’m the one that received broken product and am still here with nothing.

ordered the wrong size on accident & they sent me the right size no problem! loved my experience, will definitely keep shopping here.

I like empty soda because it’s got some cute trendy clothing and nice jewelry, and the one thing they could improve on is the prices

great clothes and nice costumer service, but it takes a while for the clothes to show up a week or two at times, and occasionally a clothing item will be slightly damaged but nothing that cannot be fixed

I love empty soda so much! The people are so nice and understanding. The clothes are perfect and the prices are what makes empty soda even better! If there was one thing that needed improvement I’d say the quality of jewelry could be a little better. But the jewelry is so cute.

I have ordered from Empty Soda Co twice now and I have never had any problems with any of the items I purchased. All fit great and are super cute. True to size and great material.

So I’ve ordered from this store about 3 times maybe and the quality of some items is literally absurd I ordered sweatpants they looked nothing like the picture instead they came feeling like a cheap Halloween costume made in China I’ve also ordered a size small in a tank top and gotten a large although some things I’ve gotten are cute like the accessories those would be safe to get and the shirts MAYBE I would not recommend buying any kind of pants
