I ordered 3 products for Christmas gifts that were supposed to be delivered on the 15th. They were delivered on the 15th, however they were delivered to a Francisco in Miami Florida. This is severely disappointing since my order was supposed to be delivered to Pennsylvania. I have reached out and am waiting for a response but am still very disappointed since these were supposed to be Christmas gifts. Order number 52043

My products ended up being delivered before Christmas and a representative reached out to me to ensure their delivery. I believe the errors in order and delivery were explicitly due to the third party shipping service they use and is not a reflection on the company at all. I have experienced fantastic customer service and would certainly purchase from here again.

I am updating my previous review to reflect a much more positive experience. Initially, I was frustrated by a lack of communication regarding shipping delays of over three weeks. However, once I connected with a representative, everything was handled promptly and professionally. The company explained that the delays were due to high demand, which is understandable. Most importantly, the Red Light device was well worth the wait! It works exactly as intended, and I am very happy with the results so far. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

According to the 5-10 day delivery time, it should have already been delivered, but the status on the Shop app says preparing shipment, and there is no tracking number. No one is responding when I send them an email
