Although my item was out of stock I…

Although my item was out of stock I immediately received an email to let me know and they offer an alternative item or refund. They responded very quickly and did refund the money straight away . So thanks for that. Great service

Awful experience with this company

Awful experience with this company. I ordered a necklace online to be picked up at the lakeside branch. I paid almost £4000 and confirmation came with a photo of the necklace I had ordered. On arriving at lakeside the necklace waiting for me was totally different to the description and photo online. After being left waiting for over an hour I was informed that I’d need to pay another £2000 for the necklace I’d ordered. Obviously this was out of the question so I asked for a refund. I was told to apply online for my refund. I left the store without a necklace or the refund. I called the company and after a heated discussion I was given a refund and assured someone would call to explain how this had all gone terribly wrong. The next day I had a missed call (I was in work) with a voicemail saying I would be contacted again. This is almost 2 weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing no apology or explanation as to what went wrong!!!

Failed to Despatch on time resulting in…

Failed to Despatch on time resulting in parcel being delivered to the wrong location due to a birthday surprise staycation. Tried to cancel the order but only received confirmation of Despatch. No contact from the supplier yet and now I need to arrange for the parcel to be sent to my home so I can return it. Ordered after 11am on Thursday for next day delivery so had assumed Saturday. If weekend deliveries are not offered this should be made clear at the point of ordering. I didn’t dig through the terms and conditions so if it’s in there then on me I suppose but I wouldn’t expect to have to do that.

We did contact you as the bracelet was on as a Pre-Order item, we emailed straight away to let you know the time frame, we sadly didn't hear back, we called and didn't get a response and tried emailing again the following day.

We sent you out the item we had in stock, and ordered the bracelet in for you, which was posted out to you as soon as it arrived.

We did call again and spoke to your husband I believe who was happy to wait for the item to come in.

Wow!

I was looking for a specific product and had not heard of this Co. They came up on searching for the item. I took the risk of using someone unknown to me and they were amazing. From the price, having the quite (hard to get) product to customer service (thank you Arianne), five stars is not enough. An additional bonus was they had a different colour to the item I originally ordered (which is hard to get) so I was even more impressed with them. Highly recommend them. Won’t be purchasing again

Deleted my previous review as this company lacks decent customer service. Very misleading information on the website about delivery I paid £5 for next day (should be clear of exclusions for next day delivery) and requested gift wrapping which wasn’t fulfilled. The item was faulty so after spending two days trying to get a reply and being told an employee would call me but never did.

Eventually being told I could exchange the item but I’d have to cover the postage charge or I can go into the shop (I live 5 hours away). It’s honestly ridiculous considering I was offered a gift bag sent next day delivery but won’t cover return costs on faulty items?, the price of the item I had to pay Royal Mail 1pm which was £6.85, so essentially wasted £11+. Shouldn’t there have been better checks before sending items?. Decided to get a refund and purchase from the brand instead as they offer free returns, not risking having to return another faulty item and cover the postage when it isn’t even my fault.

Avoid if you don’t live local or your okay with covering postage returns yourself even if the item is faulty/damaged.
