Great service from Ray. Communication great and good value for money.

Great service selling the van. But van had faults. One person said they would cover costs but still waiting. No communication after sale after explaining numerous times about faults. Van says it’s got 71k on it but turns out it’s done over 90k so something ain’t right there. Also brakes were grinding so can’t of had a proper MOT. Or an AA approved check likes said.

East Midlands Vans were excellent. I rang in the morning to request details of the vehicle and explained that I was 60 miles away. They sent video and picture footage of the vehicle and even had it delivered to me the same day.

Ray the sales man was very friendly and helpful, especially when I went to collect the van, as he was dealing with an elderly lady who was stressed out in panic about getting to a ferry on time to take the van home. Van is beautifully cleaned and drove from Leicester to Liverpool like a dream. Would have been nice to get a tank of fuel included though.
