The iTranslator device does not function at all, the seller's website has disappeared.
Probably some kind of internet scam.
Be careful not to buy this device from untrustworthy sources.

Bought earbuds with a warranty, two months later I lost one ear rubber, despite sending three emails to Adogadgets requesting repair or replacement I've had no response.

I ordered two smart watches , received them about 4 weeks later. Followed the instructions regarding charging etc. One watch worked for one day the other no more than a week both of them stopped syncing with phones.They are cheap and nasty and really feel as if I have been well and truly duped. I contacted the seller by email several times who had me sending videos of me trying to charge them etc , finally I realised this was hopeless as they have no intention of reimbursing in any way and I was the only one who was getting stressed and decided to cut my losses.So please do not attempt to purchase their goods you will be wasting your money.

I wouldn't even give them one Star. Please don't buy from this company. I purchased a wi_fi booster from this company, this product is not working. I request a return, first they said I had to send evidence I sent them a picture of it plugged in, still not good enough they wanted video evidence. Under the contracts regulations I have a right to return this item. I'm now going to trading standards.

I ordered a smart bracelet. It took a month to get here. The box was crushed the watch lit up but doesn't do what it's supposed to. Microscopic instructions talk about holding down a button for 3 seconds or 5 seconds or quick. Impossible to use. Time is 2 hours off and can't find a way to set it. I'd send it back but there is no receipt, no return address, no company name on the packaging and no way to contact. I have 15 days to get through a maze with no doors. SCAM Do not buy from this company.

Yet another company selling trash. The item, a smartwatch, came with no useful instructions and now tells me to change it for a legal product to be able to synch it with my phone. Donot trust this company.

I had to rate this company with one star as i am unable to rate it with zero! Please people beware of this company it is a pure fraud selling highly overpriced Chinese junk with false hype.
Try to get a refund under their supposed returns policy 'FORGET IT' they do not want to know you.

no way to get in touch to try to return products..when we looked up on line and found a phone number, they said co not there in 10 years... no way to return horrible product and not return slip in the pkg.

I have attempted to get a replacement charger but all they say is they are only supplied with the watch!!! No offer to help in any way.
Perhaps we are better staying away from Chinese products if this is their response. Utter disgrace.

This company is atrocious. Do not buy from them. They have zero customer service or return.
I am highly dissatisfied with my experience. The customer services was awful.

There are NO REPLACEMENTS, There's NO ONE TO CONTACT!!!

The device arrived almost 2 months after purchase. I've been using it for a few weeks now and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!

The closing mechanism broke after less than 3 weeks and there's no one to contact and nowhere to get replacements. The "Contact Us" on the website is a MOCK - no one answer. I didn't try to call because it's an international call and expensive.

There's no way to contact internationally!!!!!!!!

Additionally:
NOT A SMARTWATCH - you can't read messages on the device, you can barely see if you get a call. There's no connectivity to WhatsApp.

SENSORS ARE NOT ACCURATE - After training, the device showed my heart rate as if I was resting and normal blood pressure, I measured with another device, and heart rate was DOUBLE and my blood pressure showed a completely different value.

User Manual - a small piece of paper most people can't read without a magnifying glass (your glasses will not help you), and it's doesn't cover many things.

You need to connect the device to your smartphone to set the time and other settings. It's not in the user manual, I figured it out myself by accident.

The products are not original, They last for few hours and not a day. they are all made out of Garbage or recycling product and it's only good on picture or web site. as soon as you touch them or see them from a closer distance you will know they are very fake. very low and poor quality. Be careful this company is a fraud.

Hi, the same issue in Spain. The clock has never worked and they should refund within 14 days however they are just loosing time and asking for test and test.
Ashamed company to rip off the people. I hope they bankrupt.

It's a problem to keep had words,because this is the worst web that I never see.don't bay anything from them, they shipped a defective cooler, make me crazy with videos and pictures to refund the money,and nothing bus happen, Sophia Miller from customers service,ask again and again more and more proves.it's really a shame, but this liars people don't doubt to trick customers,don't bay from them!!!!!

Morning to all customers do not use this website for any think as I ordered a Watch have not received it took out the insurance and they will still not refund me they keep blaming everyone else So please think about it before you order it I wouldn’t want you to be stitched up the way I’ve been and the stress they put you through so please do not order anything from this website

Wish I'd checked this site before throwing away my money. Watch lasted 2 weeks before it stop working. Before that, would not give anything near an accurate heart beat, especially when working out. ECG is an absolute joke it samething, constantly implied I had irregular heart rythem, it was again tested against a real ecg. This is a very very cheep product therefore extremely dangerous if you actually try and rely on any of its readings. In fact, its so cheep, they do not even ask for the first one to be sent back, not even for parts. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Purchased tge E20 sport watch and after charging the battery to 100%, i put in the watch, connected to my phone and it worked. Within 30 mins the touch screen stopped functioning, then shortly after the screen went black. Tried charging again, after a few hours nothing....dead watch. Contacted company, they don’t believe me and ask for a video. Still don’t believe me and they have asked for more videos and troubleshooting. I have owned Fitbit, Garmin, Suunto and Apple watches....THIS PRODUCT IS GARBAGE AND IT IS ALL A SCAM. I even bought their 3-yr extended warranty which seems to be meaningless! The watch is made in Shenzhen, China....it is just cheap Chinese crap. BUY A REAL FITNESS WATCH NOT THIS!!

Bought the E20 smart watch from this company.
Sounded great on the advert.
Advert reads, made by an
innovative health tech company in Europe. The build quality is superb. It really feels like the premium smartwatches from the big tech companies.
What a load of tosh.
States the glass is tempered, feels like plastic.
Health benefits? Blood pressure monitor is not accurate, ECG is for reference only, as stated in institutions that come with watch.
Emailed company for a refund, offered me 25%, tried to email again for return address and full refund, would not send.
Total Scam.
Avoid at all cost.

Please don't use this company to purchase the smart E20 watch read all the reviews here and check online with Youtube
The company will take your money and supply you with a faulty watch which does not do the functions it claims to and then they will not refund or replace the item.
Do not make the same mistake as me read the reviews first do not trust the fake reviews on their site you can't post a bad review on their site and warn others
