I ordered an item from this company and it never arrived. I got messages saying delivery was attempted on 2 separate occasions. This was a lie and I have CCTV footage to prove that neither of these attempts ever happened. Now this seller says I can collect the item and given the location as GB. I have tried on numerous times to get my money back but the buyer just ignores this request. I have now reported them to the Managing Director of Amazon since they are clearly taking monies and not delivering goods paid for. In the UK, this is illegal. This company appears to be a scam so AVOID at all costs!!!

Very poor customer service. I don’t recommend.
I bought a baby seat but the seat belt was defect.
They don’t accept the return and not interested to replace.

Five days ago I've bought one of the dome IP cameras produced by Overmax.eu, the Overmax Camspot 4.2. Overmax is represented by BrandLine Group Sp., which export the cameras and issue the Warranty Cards.
The price was good, but the rest was awful!
The User Manual was extremely sketchy and of no use: four 3' x 5' pages - one of them with a sketchy scheme - with no specifications, no troubleshooting, no explanations about the software - which is quite poor.
I entered the Overmax site and asked for help to install the camera, but no answer!!!
Eventually I installed it on my own, but then I realized the camera is useless, because it tilts vertically only about 30 degrees. I can only see the tips of my shoes! And due to the lack of the specifications in the User Manual and on their site, I couldn't realize if the camera is faulty or is so designed.
Because the producer, Overmax, didn't respond to my previous request for help, I wrote to their representative, BrandLine Group Sp., the company that exported the camera and issued the Warranty Card. No response, too! Zilch support!!!
Obviously, I'll never, ever buy anything from them!
