Good luck unsubscribing from their marketing emails

I ordered a (very cool) product from this site about 8 years ago and have not been able to unsubscribe from their emails in the years since. They come in Chinese, so I have to translate to even find the unsubscribe button which only takes you to a create account/login page… I don’t have an account that I’m aware of??? I’ve tried responding to the emails asking to be unsubscribed with no success, found a separate email address for them but no success there either. I’ve blocked the email addresses for them and hopefully that will solve the issue. I hate spam, especially the stuff you can’t get rid of, so this has been very annoying! The product I ordered from here was great, so… I guess 2 stars…
