The meter did arrive at time
The meter did arrive at time. I have had some difficulties to get the first result but your responses on my questions were quick and helpful. Your user manual is a little bit confusing need more explanation on the difference of the blood channels from ric acid and glucose strips. It's a pity that that the units on the meter are not customizable. I did not pay attention during the order of my meter I got one with the units mmol so that i have to do the calculation to mg everytime.
N.B. In your order document it's noticed that orders inside EU would be with the mg units and for UK in mmol. Luxembourg is part of the EU

The blood glucose meter which I received is not working!
The blood glucose meter which I received does not seem to be working. When I switch it on, pressing button M, the screen shows three bars. Pressing buttons D and C has no effect on the screen display. Can you please advise me on what to do?
