This is a BAD online retailer

I did not receive a package, and did not receive a shipping notification for the most expensive product I ordered, and I was reminded how much this company doesn't care about their customers. I thought I was having to wait for the warehouse to receive the item, but no, they just didn't send me a notification that it had shipped OR was arriving to my address. BUT I GOT BOTH OF THOSE EMAILS ABOUT THE OTHER, CHEAPER ITEM. I've been trying to get a refund for weeks and they refuse to admit that they did wrong. I filed a police report and sent them a copy of the paperwork, and haven't heard ANYTHING back. Unless you shop in the store, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will Not communicate with you. GO TO LITERALLY ANY OTHER ADULT STORE WEBPAGE.
