First time of ordering, all items great, well packaged and good value. Very impressed with customer service and Colin helped when I had a request. Can’t praise them enough. Will definitely be buying from them again, and looking forward to it. Highly recommend.

This is a fantastic small business. The owners and staff are so friendly and helpful, their stock is really competitively priced, their delivery is quick and for goodness sake, they give you meaningful loyalty points every time you buy! I've got several items for free using the loyalty points. This small independent business rewards it's customers better than Tesco! Highly recommend them

They were selling items on their website that were out of stock, yet we were able to buy them, with no warning that they weren’t in stock.
It took weeks for them to bother to tell us that, or to explain that that was why we hadn’t got our order yet. Not the way to run a business at all,
Very rude and unpleasant customer service, slow and inefficient, which just made things unnecessarily stressful. Very sad as my sisters and I would have become v regular shoppers there, but not after this experience.

WOW, no other words can describe the friendliness and efficiency of this company. The item arrived on the day promised by them via FedEx, The communication and the brilliant quality of the items and the low prices means that I will be shopping with them again and also recommending them to my friends. 5* all around.

I have the totally opposite experience to the previous person who had such a bad experience. I have ordered and received quite a few product's from Enchanted Earth and have loved all of them. They have been extremely well packaged and sent very quickly and I had communication with somebody who was lovely to deal with and extremely kind.
I love shopping there although my husband think's that I have gone into my 2nd childhood! Everything I have bought from fairy castle's to the accessories have all been well made and beautiful and I will definitely go back for more.
