After filling out the online form, a phone call and then an email I was disappointed with such a seemingly impersonal box that ignored items I requested and included items I had specified I already owned (its dissapointing to be ignored in a "personal" service). Also the style of the items wasn't really to my taste but I suppose that can be hit and miss (I didn't even bother trying on most of the items).
The service is pretty expensive too, with almost all the items being at the top of the price range of that I specified online, so they're really just trying to sell the most expensive items that you will buy.
It is convenient though. But given how badly the first box went I doubt I'll order a second.

I’ve had 2 boxes so far... I always ask for a statement item in my box and I have to say Jesse never fails to hit the nail on the head. Okay the prices might be a bit pricey but they always price match where they can, and when I strip out the cost to get to the shop, parking and the pain of walking around this service has been like my guardian angel. A lot of nasty knock offs trying to offer something similar to Enclothed but best advice would be don’t try anyone else apart from them. Their the original and will always be the best at it.

I absolutely love Enclothed and with the professional, personal service Kelly provides it is an outstanding company. I always look forward to receiving my box. The clothes are high quality and at a reasonable price you can fill your wardrobe without leaving home. I can not recommend Enclothed enough.

I've used Enclothed for a while now, and I love it. Got a wedding coming up and need an outfit? No sweat. They have you covered. They've dressed me for weddings, job interviews, parties, and just for casually day to day stuff. Kelly, who has put together all of my boxes, has nailed it every single time. I can't remember the last time I bothered to negotiate the Saturday crowds. Much love for what Enclothed does.

Great idea - having a box of good, modern clothes sent to you on a regular basis that suit your style and fit is a great concept and saves me having to do the thing I dislike most .....trailing around shops!

However, the Admin and logistics are poor, wrong sizes, missed days, emails asking how I liked a box well before the box arrived. Get the administration and logistics right and it will be a winner!

Was looking for them to send clothes wouldn't naturally pick up in-store but my first stylist has not pushed my colour or style boundaries.
Found a few new brands which fit well but otherwise same old blues, white & greys that I bought before.
Will try them again as got new stylist hopefully get some good stuff at reasonable price.

Having seen a similar concept through my social media accounts, I was sceptical as to whether the stylists could grasp what it is I wanted.

I bit the bullet and gave it a go and I was very happy with the service, they've just made my life a whole lot easier.

As a man who likes to stay in some sort of touch with the latest fashion trends, the team definitely sort me out with the right gear.

Overall, Enclothed have grasped that customer service is key and hit the nail on the head with great clothes time and time again.

It's like having Harrods face-to-face customer service but online.

Just received my second box and had to share.
Not only did my stylist learn from my first box - sizing was a bit big on a couple of items, she also understood my style better than i could explain. Am totally sorted for my holiday. Definitely recommend Enclothed, I can't see why I would need to go shopping again

I have been using Enclothed to do my main clothing shopping for the best part of a year now and can safely say I would never go to the shop (unless incredibly desperate) again. There are so many reasons why but here are a few of my favourites; Jessie (my personal stylist) is second to none - she knows everything I require and manages to get it ‘bang on’ every time! Secondly the boxes I receive with clothing in it are almost always spot on. It surprises me how someone I’ve never met can have such a grasp on what I want to wear.

Overall Enclothed manage to capture great customer service, fantastic clothes and the ability for me to not have to faff around going in and out of shops on Oxford Street.

Leagues ahead of companies in this field for one reason. Customer experience. With all touch points - talking to my stylist, social media interactions, checkout process, booking my collection - I really felt like I was receiving a personal touch and Enclothed did a remarkable job of picking stuff I love! Guys stop shopping honestly. Just let Enclothed take the hassle away

I order a box quite often as gifts and have always had a fantastic experience. Great people and excellent service, especially when the courier didn't turn up and Ruby from customer service couldn't have sorted it out quicker!

I hate shopping and I have next to zero fashion sense.

I decided to take out a monthly Enclothed box after seeing it on an advert and have really enjoyed trying on clothes that I would never dream of picking out in the shops - and finding that I love how they look.

I'm regularly complimented on my new clothes, which admittedly can be a bit on the pricey side sometimes. However, you're also paying for the service of someone who listens to your feedback and adjusts your next box accordingly. Kelly, who is my stylist, is getting worryingly good at building my box. My first box, I kept one thing, my second box I kept a couple of things and my third box I kept three things.... I'm worried about how much I'll spend in a year's time - which is testament to Kelly and the concept!

The delivery and pick-up is seamless but that might be because I'm always in the office to be able to hand it over. It works for me though, which is why I'm happily recommending it to my friends and family.

Delivered my box to old address even though specifically asked to be delivered to new address and even had my stylist confirm this via email.

Did not handle/apologise for the inconvenience caused, just kept sending emails with "proof of delivery", great....

Will never ever use this Service again and I will ensure if anyone asks me I will steer them away.

The first box sent was completely wrong in terms of what I had asked for. The second box was better but some of the sizes weren't perfect so when I asked for another box they didn't even bother to reply to my emails!

The concept of enclothed is great. Essentially, you're getting a personal shopping experience via mail order.

However. I'm the sort of person that's more at home buying their clothes in Asda, and the prices take some stomaching. This service is clearly aimed at the wealthy. I'd go as far to say that they're probably targeting households bringing home £100k+ I know they don't expect you to keep everything in the box, but if i had, my most recent one would have set me back £1350 for 12 items.

The first time I got a box I look at the prices and thought "forget it". But a couple of days later I has decided to keep a nice blazer. I would have kept the shoes but my wife didn't like them and that made me reconsider. There was a great pair of trousers but I found a similar pair in Next for a fifth of the price!

I'm in a position now where I can kind of afford things like this, but my brain still stays it's a waste of money. Regardless though, it's a great way for blokes who need help with style to get themselves thinking. Now I can look elsewhere for cheaper versions of outfits I like, whilst maybe keeping the odd item as a treat.

I've used Enclothed for a few years now, and the service is always fantastic.

Whether you're a guy with a decent sized wardrobe of clothes already, or someone who knows nothing about style but just wants to look better, Enclothed will do a great job for you.

The stylists are personable, friendly and genuinely seem passionate about finding you JUST the right pieces.

I use an Enclothed box as a treat to myself, but as you can technically spend absolutely nothing by sending everything back, you have little to lose by giving it a try.

I have had few problems dealing with Enclothed. The clothes are cool modern and of good quality. You keep what you like and send back anything that you don't like or maybe doesn't fit. They arrive at your door to take back the box containing anything you don't wish to keep. You pay for what you have kept a few days later. I admit my stylist has good taste.
Shoes trousers pullovers. Give your own measurements and style and someone else does the shopping. Returns taken back from your home. EXCELLENT what's not to like?

There are gentlemen out there who love nothing better than taking a trip to the local high end shopping centre or department store and shopping for their clothes. I am not in their number counted.

I have a job, wife and kids. I don't have time to shop for clothes. I hate multi-storey car parks, queuing and the whole shopping experience. When I do shop, nothing I like is available in my size and I don't even really know if what I'm getting is fashionable. However, society dictates that I must wear clothes and that they are fashionable and that they fit. Enter Enclothed.

I have just received my third box from Enclothed and I am hooked. My stylist knows my style, favourite brands and, most importantly, what will fit me. My wife and I get really excited when we know that an Enclothed box is about to arrive. My biggest problem with every box I get is that if I kept everything I wanted, I wouldn't have money left for food.

I highly recommend Enclothed. There customer service has been nothing but brilliant, the product is very high quality and frankly, that's all I want from anything I ever spend money on. Enclothed has made me excited for every meal or night out as I know I have something new and exciting to wear every time. I love the experience of trying on my new gear and picking the items I want. I haven't set foot in a clothing outlet since I started using Enclothed and I don't think I'll buy clothes any other way ever again.
