My Service Agent is Kris Belle. I needed replacement dishracks for my Samsung dishwasher. Kris was transparent and informed me that the parts were on back order. I had placed this same order with Parts Warehouse and was told that I would receive my order with in 5 days. A week past my delivery date I receive an email stating this order was on back order. Not only was Kris honest about the back order but I found that I saved $66.00 by reordering with Encompass. I canceled my order with Parts Warehouse. Kris Belle was easy to work with and is an all-around great agent. Thank you, Kris,

Donny Abon was the customer service agent who handled my request for a new remote control for my LG TV on April 24, 2025. He was very patient and polite in answering my questions. Although he stated that my new remote would be shipped in 3-5 business days, in fact it was delivered just 2 days later - on a Saturday! The remote works well. I am thoroughly pleased with the service I received from Donny and highly recommend Encompass for technical needs.

Alodia Garcia was extremely helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. She helped me find the exact replacement part for my refrigerator door bin. (OEM parts!). She even gave me a 10% discount without my having to ask. Very thankful that Samsung uses this company for obtaining factory parts when the appliance is out of warranty.

Service rep Tony was absolutely amazing in finding several needed accessory parts for my LG appliances. I tried to get it done online before my call to Tony and wasted about 2 hours trying to navigate a problematic LG parts site. I recommend that you Skip the site and call Tony and order directly there!

While the LG online return form and chat were ineffective, I got quick and complete satisfaction when I called LG customer service and spoke to Winisha Mitchell. She efficiently processed my return, then helped find and order the correct part. It couldn't have been easier to work with her.

Toni Abad was very very friendly and professional. She used patience while I had to go get my wallet. Lol
I enjoyed speaking with to her. She asked if I had any questions before ending our interaction and clearly explained everything including part numbers and directions for entering payment. I truly appreciate Samsungs commitment to keeping my credit card data safe with that new system of data collection.
I did not experience anything with Toni Abad that would require improvement. Her customer service was a pleasure and the company would be at a loss to lose her as an employee.
