Cristelyn Paclipan was knowledgeable and personable. She resolved my question quickly and effectively and followed up immediately by email. The only problem I had was with the quality of the telephone connection we had making it hard the understand her. This issue is a company/hardware problem and not the result of Cristelyn's performance.

What made my experience so great was the help and persistence of Lily Jacob!! She worked very hard to figure out why a parts order I placed was canceled with a very limited explanation, Lily was able to figure it out and get my items reordered and they will be here in a few days!! It is people like Lily that take however long it takes to satisfy a customer!! Thank you very much Lily!!!

It was easy peasy to work. with Armand Del Rosario. I needed a new shelf ordered for my new fridge. The shelf got broken the day of the newness, but Armand got the shelf ordered. His work went easy, it’s been a long time for good customer service!

You lost my product and told me basically there is nothing that can be done about it . I spent 8 hrs on the phone yesterday with your company telling me we lost your receiver and there’s no resolution currently. I feel your company is a joke. My receiver was delivered and signed for so how is it lost. Long story short the only positive note I’ve had dealing with your company is your customer service representative Ferra. I yelled at her and hung up on her and was very frustrated with the situation I called back after I hung up on her and she was actually the person who answered my phone call again and I thought oh wow this is gonna go bad. Farrah was very patient with me very helpful very calm and got me the resolution that I spent eight hours looking for yesterday. She has the best demeanor. She is kind, caring, and compassionate. I would really like to commend her for how well she does her job I really appreciate her being able to help me and I want known that. I spoke with many people who are unable to help me and she was the only person that did anything for me.

I want to let others know that Donny Abon at Encompass. com really helped us out. We have been struggling with the freezer component of our Samsung refrigerator for years. It freezes up and the ice is often unavailable until my husband uses a hair dryer on it. It is clearly a defect in design bc 2 of my friends experience the same problem. Well in 5 minutes time Donny identified the new freezer component and is selling us a new one. (Hopefully the design has been improved.) usually I am on the phone forever trying to get something done. Thank you Donny for your efficiency. I so appreciate it! Cassie E.

Miss Toni was excellent, courteous and helpful. She even explained that the stove knob wasn’t in the inventory, but when it will be in and when it will be delivered. It was delivered exactly the date she promised.
