Our team have recently used Encompass Underground Utility Survey Services on a project just outside of Derby. The team were well prepared, had all the right and correct equipment and PPE. An excellent service from start to finish, a scope was provided and checked by 'phone, accuracy and benchmarking of data was verified as appropriate to the project requirement, a complex 3D model and layouts and sections were provided and adjustments made following a customer care review post delivery to ensure we had all of the relevant project detail available. We have now employed Encompass for several projects following the excellent initial engagement.
