I was received a “piece of s.h.i.t” at the price of a “broken cent” instead of the watches, they advertised in the Instagram. According to return policy not necessarily to return item with price less $70.00. ( I paid $49.99 through PayPal). I make claims to PayPal ant to seller and asking to return money back. Seller said that I have to return this piece of plastic back in China, and I must used only Specific carrier. It’s 100% fraud.
But I was more surprised from PayPal. In answer on my claim they say that I have to return item to seller to get my money back!!!!!!
It’s looks like PayPal SUPPORT fraud!!!!!

Got a watch...Wasnt the one I ordered...Tried to email 10 times...Company is not legit. DONT ORDER ANYTHING!!

Bad product on Encounter store. Before is Nancy store.us. Lie company. I very sad for this one.

DON'T BUY !! Was Nancystore.us before (closed), now Encounterstore.us. They also operate under MagiCube.shop. I bought a smartwatch and received a very cheap copy without the promised features. These websites seem legit, with return policies, garantee, contact infos and very positive (false) reviews. They probably made millions $ if we consider all the people from around the world who complain they have been scammed. Paypal payment to LIN JINRONG. (FR) N'achetez pas de ces sites! Fraude. S'ils finissent par livrer ce que vous avez acheté, vous recevrez de la marchandise très bas de gamme, différente de ce qui est annoncé.

Total scam! Product totally different then advertised.

Finally they appeared not to be a fake retailer, just having a serious communication problem. After a few weeks of silence and ignoring my requests for information I suddenly received the smartwatches purchased. Though not as nice looking as those advertised, nevertheless working as advertised and of acceptable quality.

No response and no delivery of my purchases

ATTENTION it is SCAM!! They have sent a different cheaper watch.

I have contacted paypal and they have refund my money but i have paid 29$ to delivery provider for send back!!

Cheap chinese rubbish, item took 3 weeks to arrive and looked nothing like the item advertised. After going through paypal I was told "Just return your item, at your cost to us for a refund" Yeah right. Buyer beware

Should have gone in here to check out their reviews before plunging into making my purchase. Bought an item from the site (also seen on Facebook [really got to be more alert on the ads posted there my goodness] one month ago. As I left out an important detail in my mailing address, I emailed them to follow up on this but have been unsuccessful at getting a single reply from them over the course of one month, and after three separate emails (I definitely gave ample time for them to reply). Not a single reply can you believe it! Looks like I really was punked! Definitely looks like a scam guys - beware!

DONT ORDER FROM HERE !!! I ordered a wig and it was suppose to be human hair and it was terrible.. I had to go through my bank and open a dispute for my money back because they sent me fake silicone wigs

Total scam site. I ordered a product that was supposed to be on special from around $80 & had videos of it looking like & doing things that made it look like a high end product but recieved a toy that I could get for under $10 at a corner store.
I also paid express for it, which was promised to arrive within a week but got it in around 2 months.

It is with a dead certainty that all products advertised on Facebook are blatant scams so beware of what you see Facebook trying to push on you.

Scam website. The item description was of a high end RC car with app interface at an extremely discounted price. Received a Chinese knock-off that vaguely resembled the item. Shipping was also sketchy. Received an email from a Chinese shipping company with a tracking code saying the item was shipped. Tracking indicated the item wasn't shipped until 2 weeks after the email was sent. Package was also damaged in shipment.
For this website, if it looks too good to be true, it is.
