i was surprised how much i loved these when i put them on. the quality of these pants feels and looks expensive.

I would give this company zero stars if I could… Stay away from them they are a scam… They sent me the wrong pants in are refusing to refund me. This company is a total scam do not fall for it.!!

Ordered 3 pairs of pants. Once they arrived they were of terrible quality and totally not what I expected to purchase, and since then I’ve been given the runaround from the company on trying to return them for a refund. I get that they want me to pay the postage to return them and im fine doing so but they will not give me an address to return them to they just keep stalling snd muddy-ing the waters with suggestions of what I could do with the pants vs returning them. All im looking for is an address to ship them back to. Company has horrible customer service. Don’t buy from them.

Cheap basic pack of tshirts. Isn’t the best but it’s cheap and good quality for the price.

Ordered pants for granddaughter. They sent several shipping updates, but they never came.

It took over a month to receive the cargo pants I ordered and this was only after I escalated the issue with PayPal. They sent me a tracking link I could not use as it connected to a Chinese website. When the pants arrived they were too short! Their length is misleading as they do not measure from the inseam and this is not indicated on the website. Now they won't answer my requests for refund or even answer my emails. I just lost 75$CA

I ordered cargo pants on May 7, 2023. I received them yesterday on June 22, 2023. I learned when I tried them on that their advertised inseem of 30" is actually the length of the pants. The inseam on the pants I received is 25". I reached out to them and they have refused a return or exchange. Fortunately, I used PayPal to pay for my order. Now I wait to see if they change their minds. Wish I would have been more diligent in my search of reviews. The ones on their site where I placed my order are all excellent. Clearly there is an issue if they can show a great rating there but here it's terrible.
Buyer beware.
If I used more social media options than Facebook, I would blast out warnings everywhere.
Update 2023-07-06 I paid via PayPal over $100 CAN$ for the 2 pairs of pants and the company's first offer was the equivalent of the HST I paid only. I declined siting the error on their website and they replied with an offer of $20 US$, of course I keep the too short pants. I declined, advised them to offer $42.93 US$ and they can pay for the return of the pants then we would have a deal. I figured this would end the back and forth game they seemed to be playing. I also sent them a snapshot of bad reviews for the same issue. I tried to encouage them to fix their website error. They replied with an offer of $25 US$. I declined and escalated it to PayPal. It appears to me that they are just wasting time until the expiry date of the claim arrives when, from what I understand, will be the end if I have not accepted one of their offers. Now I wait for PayPal to rule a decision. Stay tuned.
It paid off to give all the details I could possibly offer to PayPal. They gave me my money back. Thank you PayPal.

misrepresentation and misleading advertising. poor quality items, just bad, does not fit at all, no customer service

Ordered April 28 2023 got to Montreal on May 28 2023 and now nothing. (It’s June 15 2023). I live in Calgary and we have airplanes, trains and trucks plus a postal service. Nothing. Have emailed support and got blah, blah, blah, no reason. Terrible company. Do NOT order from them.

I give it less an a 1. TOTAL SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Wished I saw these reviews sooner. Just lost 30 dollars, no customer service!! Items shipped to Ireland. I live in the USA!!

I ordered the cargo pants on May 29 @ 10:51 pm @ all I asked was how long they take to be delivered & they’re giving me a hard time

I have not received my items yet as shipping has taken over a month- however, upon inspection of the website, they use photos from other clothing sites to pad out the product pages. They use a strange delivery service (24hservice.vip?!) which claims the package is coming from Ireland. Additionally, when charged for my purchase, it was deposited to "Husdow Technology Co., Limited" and connected to a very strange and suspicious email account that was @24hhotheart.com
For example, on their cargo pants, they have photos of models wearing pants in a variety of shades of the color advertised, show pictures and videos of girls with back pockets and no back pockets, and a variety of rises. I'm unsure if they actually have any photos of their real product, obviously dropshipped from China.

Very scared to get my product now due to the discrepancies. I would stay far away from this business.

The romper I bought was a terrible fit and fabric. I just wanted to return but they refused because they sent me the right item. Even offered to pay return shipping. They offered me $5usd and told me to give them to someone if I don’t like them. $55 lesson learned.
