Quality of the coats are shocking. Wouldn’t recommended them

Ordered some items of clothing from their site for a next day delivery paid the express delivery charge of £5.99 plus the amount for the clothing. Didn’t receive the items next day, thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt and leave it a couple days…. Nothing.
A month later I have still not got what I’ve ordered and to be honest I don’t think I’ll ever see it so have paid just under £50 for nothing.
Luckily I have paid through PayPal and I either advise people to not shop here or if you do use PayPal!
I have escalated a dispute with PayPal to help with this, I’m still waiting for the outcome and my money back but glad I’ve got them (PayPal) to rely on.
Glam dolls gave me tracking via DPD but it gives you very little information and who knows if that’s actually for my parcel to my address or a random tracking number for something else!
Anyway, this is the first and definitely the last time I will use this company, service is absolutely poor and they’re clearly just taking peoples money.
I don’t believe the items will actually be as good as they look on the model, it’s all for show and the quality will likely be something you’d get from a market!

Tik tok shop order … this is my 4th purchase from Glamdoll tik tok shop … all of my orders have arrived the next day delivery is free and there’s often flash sales and reductions … super speedy delivery .. all items have been perfect !! Exactly as described and/or as shown on the lives …highly recommend it’s defo my go too .. thank you 😊

I order from glam doll a lot and I ordered 3 sets of leggings recently when they arrived there was only 2 sets inside. I emailed them and they basically told me I'm lying! Ive placed a lot of orders with this company and Im disappointed with the customer services. I will not be using them again. Seems to be a reoccurring issue if you read other reviews!

i absolutely love my clothes. Even though there was a problem with delivery i am happy with what i got. i ordered 7 outfits and i have to send one back as its too girly for me😂but the tracksuits and hoodies are the best, they are so soft and 100% going to be keeping me warm in winter x

I ordered the lillie belted fur coat in beige and the quality is amazing! The fur is so so soft and the coat itself fits perfect and looks beautiful. The delivery was fast also it came in two days, definitely reccomend!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered afew items for my daughter one of the items was a lounge suit. As soon as I took it out of the packaging I knew it would be far too big so she didn’t even try it, also the quality as in all of the clothes was awful so I returned them all and later received an email to say they won’t except my return of the lounge suit as it has brown marks on the inside of the hood. These marks were not made by us and were obviously there when they were sent out. The company said they are returning the items to me and will not refund it, this was nearly 10 days ago and I’ve emailed but I am yet to receive a reply, refund or the items back. Wish I’d have read the reviews before ordering. I certainly won’t be ordering again and I advise anyone against it as they will leave you out of pocket.

Another week has passed and still no response, refund or return. But I have been blocked on Facebook by them.

And I always get it really quick ! I ordered autumn/ winter coat early ! And got a bargain ! I love this coat ! I got the ( Lillie belted fur coat ) 3xl ( 16-18 ) fits my brilliant especially as a plus size I’m really happy ! And I got it the next day ! Even though I paid for standard delivery ! Mega happy and a stunning coat !

Absolutely disgusted in the lounge set I purchased! Not true to size at all. S-M is more like M-L and the quality of material and the style looks nothing like on the model! Will not be buying from here again! Avoid at all costs! Cheap & nasty

So happy with my purchase. Great quality clothing and the goods arrived next day. Will definitely use them again.

AVOID, MONEY GRABBERS
I ordered from here via tik tok live, my item turned up with brown stains on it so I messaged them immediately (which was the next day) explaining this and had no response so returned the item. I have since had to chase them up as it had been over a week since the return and I had heard nothing at all. They then eventually replied and then tried claiming I have removed the tag of the skort and the marks are from me!! The tags were never removed and the marks were on there when I unpacked the item. I now have been told I won’t be getting a refund!! Disgusting customer service and will never be using again.

I would have given 0 stars if there was the option.I ordered a top, a hoodie and a lounge wear set from glam doll fashion.no issues with delivery however the same can’t be said with the quality of the clothes.The stitching on the top started coming out after wearing it once.The hoodie after washing was all baubles and the writing on the front started peeling off. The loungewear set also is baubling.I emailed glam doll and the reply was to send the unworn items back! I replied saying I had stated the clothes obviously had been worn they was just rubbish quality glamdoll replied saying we will take your comment on board.I emailed back asking what they was planning on doing about it as I had spent money on there clothing and it was already falling to bits and they are clearly ripping everyone off.I have not heard anything since.Please don’t waste your money ordering from here because the clothes are very very poor quality

I stumbled across a live video and absolutely loved my little shopping experience. I watched the presenter pack my clothes live and give me a wee shoutout. I got my items 2 days later and I love them. I’m older and normally prefer to go to shops but I loved how you could message questions and they were answered nearly immediately. The girl was reality knowledgable and someone was assisting her. I thought the whole setup was brilliant and the use of technology was spot on. I’ve placed another order of one of the items in a different colour.
