I paid around £200 for a pair of shoes and also paid extra for expedited delivery. The parcel never arrived. The courier’s delivery photo was clearly not my house, yet END still failed to provide a prompt refund or any meaningful solution.
Instead of taking responsibility, END repeatedly hid behind the courier’s investigation process and left me to chase both companies through multiple emails and calls. More than a week passed now with no useful update, and at the present, they dont even respond to emails.
END appear unhelpful and completely indifferent once they had taken my money. A retailer should not treat customers this way. I would not trust END with another order and would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from them.

As soon as you contacted us regarding the non-delivery of your parcel, we raised an investigation with the courier.
This is the standard process followed for all missing parcel claims and is not something that can be bypassed, regardless of the order value or delivery service selected.
While you state that no meaningful action was taken, an active investigation was opened immediately and our Customer Care team has continued to provide updates throughout.
Claims of non-response are also inconsistent with the correspondence already exchanged on this case.
We appreciate that waiting for an investigation outcome can be frustrating, but these checks exist to protect both customers and retailers and must be completed before a final resolution can be issued.
In this instance, the investigation is already well underway and our team remains in contact with you as new information becomes available.
We remain committed to resolving this matter fairly and in line with the outcome of the courier's investigation.

Excellent selection at Proper sales prices
Im blown away at the vast selection of brands and sizes that were available upon browsing. Also the sales are genuine and I bought a jacket that would normally be way out of my price range..
The fact that they absorb all customs and import duties for EU makes it a no-brainer and will order from here again for sure!

Rating: 3/5 – Stylish and comfortable, but let down by inconsistent quality control.
I purchased two pairs of Adidas SL72 trainers in different colourways, and while I really like the design and overall look of the shoes, the quality control was a little disappointing.
The first pair arrived with one shoe that seemed slightly misshapen and felt almost half a size smaller than the other. I reordered the same model, but the replacement pair wasn't perfect either – one shoe had a visible stain and came with an incorrectly sized shoelace. There were visible glue stains on all pairs.
I'm not sure whether these issues are down to Adidas's manufacturing quality control or happened further along the supply chain, but the inconsistencies between pairs were noticeable.
As both pairs were purchased on sale, I can accept some minor imperfections. However, had I paid full retail price, I would have expected a higher standard of quality and consistency. Great-looking trainers, but the quality doesn't quite match the price point.

Stuck in Customs, zero support from END
All three of my packages are with Fedex, because of incorrect shippers paperwork from END. A half dozen unanswered emails to end do nothing, and i am left to figure out how to AS A BUYER get my packages cleared. Fedex is helpful, END has blown it completely. I haven not one single reponse from END regarding my purchases. Absurd i am filling out my own customs forms for a purchase (three, actually) from your website.
Edit: NO END, my packages have NOT been delivered. Two are showing still held in Customs. You have done zero to free or update import data on probably hundreds of packages stuck (soon to be returned to UK) so don't pretend its a minor inconvenience and packages calling for additional import information are suddenly set free to the buyer. it is disingenuous to imply it is a minor issue. you failed and are doing nothing to clear the backlog of US customs held packages of your customers. nor are you reaching out to the buyer with any sort of explanation, not as of today, 6 days after.
