SCAM STAY AWAY!!!!
I was charged $119.99 on September 11, 2025 by a company called Endel (Endel Sound GmbH). I never signed up, authorized, or used this service. I did not knowingly agree to any subscription, free trial, or purchase.
The charge appears to be for an annual subscription to an app I’ve never downloaded or used. It is not listed in my Apple subscriptions, nor is there any record of me agreeing to the terms. This appears to be an unauthorized or deceptive charge, and I am formally disputing it. I also attempted to contact the company and have received no reply.

You can find a sound that fits any occasion - from focusing sessions to relaxing in a bath, or having a nice, refreshing sleep - for everything.
I find it a little bit expensive, but got my subscription half-price as an offer - so it is ok.

Fraudulent, don't sign up for the trial
I attempted to sign up for the free trial but was immediately charged €59. Despite contacting Apple and Endel support multiple times, I was told they can't do anything about it. The process was misleading and fraudulent. I wouldn't recommend the experience to anyone.

They charged me for an annual…
They charged me for an annual subscription after the free trial despite telling me that it was cancelled. For 2 days now I've been trying to contact their support to get a refund and I'm getting no response. I'll be initiating a chargeback to try to get my money back.
**Update: they did refund me - shame that I had to go through this process to make it happen
