i bought the xbox game pass ultimate for 3 months i didn't just give me a code to get it like a gift card it gave me a log in in to a account where there is the gift card already registered and a lot of people signed in and every time i try to play a game like gta/fortnite and more it kicks me out and says that another player is already playing that on the account they gave me

the description clearly states that "You do not redeem any traditional code on your personal account" and you even claimed that you have read the description but now you are claiming that you have not seen that part?
also you had shared the account with multiple people and that caused the issue you are describing, we clearly also state that the subscription only works on 1 device, yet it seems like you tried to use it on more than 1 device and therefore the issue you faced.
if only you started reading properly especially the description (that explains more information about what you are buying, great feature I know!) and I'm certain most of your problems would go away
