Your people are (and always have been) honest, accurate, sympathetic and helpful. They understand the panic of a writer on deadline whose software has just lost citations...... After 20 versions, I'm probably more understanding than some users, but you all rock.

Several features make the program helpful, the most important is the ability to archive hundreds of PDF scientific papers as well as find papers that are open source and download with the reference! What I see as a challenge several actions require two or three steps and lack of adequate keyboard short cuts(this might be that I haven't sorted them yet. Another major challenge is the risk of corruption of you store the folder on a local or distant NAS.

I have been unable to perform the most recent update. My application keeps stopping and not updating.

EndNote is essential to all I do as a researcher. I love this product.

Very nice tool. I recommend you uninstall EndNote 20 to have a seamless install of 21.

The tech was knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. Date I have provided is a pure guess.

EndNote21 makes it easy to organize your references in a way that they can be searched and accessed efficiently. However, their APA 7 style has some errors in it so you need to be mindful of that if you are going to use it.

I've used Endnote for years and the new version, Endnote 21, is the best ever! I like the way PDF's are converted into references, and how easy it is to import, search, organize. It's a step up from an already excellent product.

Endnote is one of the most useful research tools I've ever used. I've been a user for more than a decade and am now successfully managing nearly 50,000 references on a variety of subjects. I've even converted many of my old graduate-school 5x8 cards to EN references. Love having all my notes fully searchable.

Good options for references and content formatting. Responsive program, old glitches now fixed.

I had an issue with upgrading to EndNote 21 from a previous version. I did not install it correctly because I was unaware that I needed the old version's code to upgrade. The customer service rep was extremely helpful, walking me through the solution and ensuring that everything works perfectly. All customer service should be this good.

Excellent customer service and support. Good basic citation formatting, but some manual editing is still needed for APA 7 style. Integration with library and data base search varies.

A great research tool makes writing a pleasure, not a chore. Stores all of my references and articles in one place that I can access anywhere in the world.
