Awful. Whilst the end of tenancy clean in general was average, the cleaners caused a large dark blue/purple stain on the carpet- bigger than my entire hand. I had checked the house before hand and the stain did not exist. When I went to look at the property after the clean the stain had appeared. I contacted the company manager who told me it wasn’t them and it had already been there. I explained that the stain was still wet and the colour came up on my hand when I touched it- therefore clearly new, they told me it was simply wet because they had cleaned the carpets. The rest of the carpet was dry- so this makes no sense.

Having done some research- the stain is most likely either dirty extraction water or concentrated chemical residue leaked from a carpet cleaning machine. They are lying to cover their backs at my expense and trying to gas light me into believing I did this myself with a pen. Even called me ‘unfair’ for suggesting they were responsible.

They’ve cost me my deposit money and lied about it. Don’t trust this company. Pretty sure their positive reviews are fakes.

If I could have given 0 stars I would. I would strongly advise people to not use this company. Our tenant moved out and we had a new tenant move in quite quickly so we went online to find an end of tenancy cleaner asap and booked this company as our usual cleaner was on holiday. They wanted the fee of £190 paid upfront which I thought was unusual and if I had known my partner had been asked that I would have said not to use them as not come across other cleaning companies work like this before. We were told we would receive a notification when the clean has been completed and a video which we have still not received. The cleaner turned up and out of the car came lots of people of all ages which looked like family but we left them to get on. When we went to check the property the shower screen was very very smeary, the toilet had not been cleaned, when the window blinds were lifted there was still dust on the window sill, dirty door handles, and the extractor above the hob which is brand new with the new kitchen that was fitted a few days ago is very badly scratched. The owner of the company sent the cleaners back and the mop we saw them use was disgusting. The floor is probably more dirty now than it started. They are also refusing to do anything about the extractor fan as the cleaner said he didnt do it yet the blue protective covering film was only removed just before the cleaners got there. He was very rude on the phone, wouldnt let us talk, shouted at us and when we said we would be leaving a negative review he threatened to take us to court.

Paid £300 for end of tenancy in Basingstoke cleaning as we were moving out of our flat and initially thought it was ok.
Our landlord was not happy with the clean as there were oversights through out and especially with the carpet clean, stains were left. It was stated on the website that the clean would pass an inspection but seems things were missed during the clean. Our landlord is now withholding nearly £200 of our deposit for additional cleaning.

I had my flat cleaned and my windows at the same time and i am delighted with the result - both are spotless and I will definitely use End of tenancy Cleaning basingstoke Services again. They were punctual, very pleasant, and extremely efficient.
