Superb service from ‘Endource’

I recently found this company, and it’s excellent! A huge choice of ‘labels’ from which to select, and your items are delivered swiftly (and beautifully packed). You need to have three items, at least, in your order. There is a service charge, but this is set against anything you purchase, and you only pay for your goods once the transactions are completed. Returns are free.
I was very satisfied with the process, and have placed a second order already.

Great concept - in theory, not practice.

Great concept, very poorly delivered. My first order hadn't arrived within two weeks with no communication whatsoever so I had to cancel it and go shopping for the items I needed. Now giving this site a second chance, I have been unable to checkout due to a site 'error' for three days!! Customer service are still looking into it over 24 hours later... Endource...three strikes and you're out! This would be a great service if you can iron out the kinks so I hope you manage that.

We have a longer delivery lead time than many other sites because we want to make shopping easier for you by sending your order to you in one box, even if you choose items from multiple brands.

Your first order was particularly affected by delivery delays from the brands to us due to the Easter bank holiday and unseasonal snow. Most customers receive their orders in 5 - 7 business days.

We are reviewing our communications with customers to make sure we pass on useful information about dispatch and delivery, while avoiding spamming you!

I can see from our records that our customer service agent replied to your initial email within a few minutes. I'm apologise it took a further day for our technical team to identify and rectify the problem. It was specific to the bag which you wished to try, so it took a little longer than usual.

I do appreciate that your experience has been frustrating but I hope you might consider giving us another try.

Stressful shopping experience

I have placed 4 orders with Endource because I think it's a great concept, however, it has turned out to be very stressful and time consuming - ironic given that their USP is to make shopping easier and quicker! I have had issues with the following:

- My 1st order took ages to arrive, far longer than the quoted 7-10 days, and there was zero communication about this.
- Items I was told were in stock turned out not to be, but I wasn't told this until dispatch.
- I have twice been invoiced for items that I had returned. On my 2nd order, I noticed in time and they voided the transaction, which meant I had to pay for the items I did want over the phone, a minor inconvenience. The second time (my 4th order) it was too late and they already charged me! I complained and they returned my money, but charging people for things they have returned is outrageous!
- I arranged a courier pick up over email for my 3rd order - they didn't show up after I waited in for them. When I emailed to complain they said, sorry, the courier request hadn't been placed.
- I arranged a courier pick up on their website for my 4th order. The site confirmed that the pick up would be between 2pm and 4pm. I made sure I was in in the afternoon only for no-one to show up again. When I complained they said that couriers come between 8am and 6pm and that the information on their site was incorrect.

In short, while it is a great idea, and the people I have dealt with have all been really nice, the service has been shambolic and I couldn't recommend it. I tried to give them a fair chance but I think it will be easier to keep ordering from separate retailers in future.

Fantastic customer service

I have to say the customer service I have received from Rachel has been exceptional. I had a total nightmare (because of the courier not Endource) with a high value order. Based on previous experience of customer service in general (that sadly often leaves me feeling disappointed) Endource could have been really unhelpful about it but they weren't. Rachel was quick to respond and has been in touch throughout. In large part due to the service she has provided, I will have no hesitation in returning to Endource in the future. It's great that there are so many different brands in one place and any company that cares enough to provide good customer service absolutely deserves repeat custom in my eyes.

very bad experience

First informed half of the items ordered were out of stock, then suddenly that 2 of them shipped, tracking wrong, haven't received anything and today I'm being emailed they're going to charge my card as I've kept the items!! What the...?! Trying to email as no phone number to call! Avoid!

Way more trouble than it's worth

Way more trouble than it's worth. It would be quicker and easier to purchase from the stores themselves and at least you would then get accurate pricing and availability. I have tried twice and been equally frustrated with the service both times - seems like no partnership between Endource and the brand's meaning service is very fractured and slow.

Great customer service and some feedback

I've made a couple of orders with Endource now and I have to say that the customer service is first class (they hand delivered a package to a hotel I was staying in because my order was going to be delayed!).

I do have some feedback though, as I would imagine that some other people might also have similar feedback I thought it would be useful to share publicly so Endource can respond publicly.

- It would be good to have a more detailed order processing outline i.e. which orders have arrived from retailers, which have been ordered, which are awaiting to come back in stock etc. Because it can feel like a really long time between ordering and something being dispatched.
- If an item that you've ordered if delayed/out of stock it would be good to ask it to be shipped instead of waiting on the out of stock item. Although, you'd only know this if from the outline above you could see which items were 'awaiting stock' or similar.
- It would be good to have more detail around average delivery times from retailers. I think the page (cms/home/delivery) is supposed to show it but it doesn't, it says 'information below' but there is no info below
- It would be good to have the option to just drop returns off at a post office as well as being able to book a return.

I hope this feedback is constructive. I just want to confirm that I really enjoy the Endource service, I just like having all the info!
