From ordering our endurance spa to deliver it was only just over two weeks delivery guys were very helpful and put it in the room I wanted it was easy to put put together and fantastic quality. We are so happy with the product..

We chose a metal quad bed . Delivery took longer than expected and there was a few issues with the paint work on the frame but once contacted endurance beds resolved this quickly. Very pleased with the bed and how sturdy it is

The bed was delivered professionally and no concerns with the delivery. Bed was as described. However no instructions for setting up and there was a delay when I asked. So the 4.5 stars. Will order again though.

Absolutely love the bed/colour/size just wish headboards both sides were higher and knobs bigger ,but very close to what my old bed looked like 👍so well done ,love it

Our previous Divan Bed was purchased approximately 4 years ago from another online Bed Company, and unfortunately only lasted 4 years due to being made not to last. The 5 year guarantee also proved useless as the company had been taken over by new owners and they claimed the issue was due to wear & tear (how are you supposed to get into bed without first sitting on the bed??)

This time, we did a lot more research, as in our opinion, a bed should really last 20+ years if it has been made correctly and used correctly. Endurance Beds give a 12-year guarantee on their beds, so they must have confidence that they will last for some time.

We received our end lift Ottoman Bed yesterday from Endurance Beds. It arrived well packaged to protect from the knocking around by being moved in transit. When assembling, you can tell this is a quality item that has been very well made.

I'm obviously writing this review after only 1 night, but when assembling it feels solid and will (hopefully) last many years.

The only negative was that we did order Glides for the feet, but it actually came with Castors.

I waited 4 weeks and received a quality bed that exceeded my expectations

I chose to buy from Endurance Beds in part because the company got generally very good reviews of its products and service (on their own website: 4.88 out of 5 based on 92 reviews; on Trustpilot: 4.2 out of 5 based on 113 reviews). How I wish my experience had matched my expectations.
I ordered an electric ottoman base in super king size costing £1599 on 11 Sep 2025 together with the full two man delivery and assembly service at an extra £125, and it was delivered at the beginning of October. The two men who delivered and assembled the bed weren’t in the house for half an hour and after they had left I found the two units did not line up with each other (one was lower than the other) and a clip to join the two lids had not been fitted. Also the two lids when raised were not parallel but dipped in the middle. I had several email exchanges with Endurance Beds to try to ascertain what was wrong, culminating in a visit from the actual manufacturers (Mattisons Contract Beds of Ipswich) on 24th October. They failed to bring with them the necessary parts to ensure the two units lined up but did establish why the lids dipped in the middle. A further visit was arranged for after two new – and heavier - mattresses (not ordered from Endurance Beds) had been delivered. Their second visit did resolve our issues: it turned out that the glides under one base had been installed without the necessary sleeves and (after some trial and error) stronger gas springs needed to be fitted to the inner hinges to ensure the two lids did not dip in the middle. But as originally supplied the bed would not have performed as intended with the mattresses I’d bought.
All in all a pretty unsatisfactory experience – especially for the money. And when I enquired what the company proposed in mitigation their response was simply to apologise for the inconvenience and hope I’m now able to enjoy full use of the bed as designed! Fortunately I’m unlikely to be a repeat customer. And while our experience may have been atypical it’s unlikely I’d recommend them to anyone else.

The bed looks lovely and my grand daughter loves it too! The installers were very efficient and made a great job.

I had a custom bed made for one of my interior design projects for a client. Endurance beds were professional and helpful and the panels and base were finished perfectly and to the exact measurements provided. I look forward to working with Endurance in the future on projects.

Fantastic experience purchasing from Endurance beds. From ordering, speaking to Hannah to alter the measurements to fit out mattress (which the company sorted free of charge), to delivery - everything was 100% with excellent communication. Having now had our bed for just over a week we are really happy with the quality of it too. Highly recommended company to purchase from. Thank you lots.

Needed to return an item and the company were very easy to contact and organised the return for us.

Beautiful bed, Hannah was great and super helpful with my custom order. Their delivery company was awful though and actually broke the bed whilst attempting to assemble. My husband was able to fix it saving them the need to replace the gas lift divan. I requested my assembly fee back and Shane at endurance beds said he will refund as a good will gesture. Obviously doesn’t understand what a good will gesture is. I hope they find a competent delivery company soon as their products are really beautifully made.

They need to urgently review their customer and delivery service

I booked the delivery service to take it to the 5th floor up the stairs. I was asked to confirm whether or not it will fit in the lift, despite providing laser measurements and explaining I could not actually “confirm” more than giving these measurements as I do not have the bed.

I therefore booked the stair delivery service and offered to pay for any delivery option possible (almost 2 months of back and forth).

Then the delivery men arrive and say it doesn’t fit in the lift and they can’t take it up the stairs.

Pathetic tbh, I said leave it and I will do it myself. Lifted both pieces up the stairs to the 5th floor on my own. Would of been much easier with 2 people, also since it’s their job and I paid for it.

The actual bed is alright, but the lifting system doesnt lock well and the headboard does not attach properly

I'm truly disappointed with this bed frame. I had certain expectations, and what I received simply didn't meet them.
Right from the moment I started unboxing this black metal frame, the issues were apparent. It's covered in scratches and scuffs – not minor marks, but noticeable imperfections all over the solid bars and even the grid sections. It has a surprisingly worn appearance, as if it's already seen better days.
Then there's the paint finish, which is quite poor. The paint started shedding dried dust everywhere the second I took the bubble wrap off. And it continued as I tried to put it together! My light grey carpet is now speckled with dark paint residue, which is quite a bother to clean up.
The construction also leaves a lot to be desired. The welds are rough and uneven; in fact, I've scratched my hands multiple times on them during assembly. This really highlights a lack of attention to detail. To add to the assembly woes, the frame's screw holes were covered, and I had to awkwardly remove these covers myself, which just added unnecessary time and frustration to the process.
Overall, the experience with this bed frame has been consistently frustrating due to its quality issues. To top it all off, after all these problems, all I was offered was a £56.93 refund, which honestly feels like a mockery. It's a product that simply falls short, and the resolution offered adds insult to injury.

The bed is solid, better than others i have used before. It's also easy to assemble.

I ordered a custom loft bed version of the quad bunk, which is insanely sturdy and has loads of clearance underneath. I'm on the heavier side yet there's no squeaking or wobble to it. The ladder steps are very thin and uncomfortable to climb, but it's an otherwise perfect bed. The assembly was a different story.

Instructions were provided for the bunk version, and while simple, were almost useless, so be wary if you order a loft version. The delivery people also couldn't get it upstairs, so that needed doing ourselves too.

The bed itself is 5 stars and exactly as requested, but I feel custom instructions for bespoke orders would go a long way in easing confusion when building them.
