I ordered a dress from Enduring Kairos and was completely shocked by the experience. For a price of €200, I expected at least decent quality – but what I received was cheap, poorly made, and already ripped straight out of the packaging.

The fabric felt flimsy, the stitching was sloppy, and the dress looked nothing like a premium product. It’s unacceptable for a brand charging such high prices to deliver something that feels like it wouldn’t even survive a single wear.

Left a two star Depop review saying that my top broke and I felt like the seam work was bad for how much the top was. The brand reached out to me, asked me to delete my review (!!!!) in exchange for a return and refund. After I did, they ghosted me until I escalated it into a PayPal case and waited until one of the last days to submit a response, asking me to mail it back when I never received the shipping label they promised to send. They then told me they’d tell their team to resend it when they came into the office (I mean… it’s an email) and just waited out the clock on the PayPal case. Just so unprofessional and left a horrible taste in my mouth.

While the product looks beautiful online, the top I ordered (Fresca top, size XS) came in with blue ink stains, already-fraying seams, and an uneven hem that falls about two inches higher on one side than the other. Not to mention that the top did not follow the size guide provided online (I do not recommend sizing down as the site says to, but rather, order in your normal size). I contacted the company and they said that they do not take returns or exchanges, so be very careful when ordering not to make a mistake with sizing. When I explained that the shirt was damaged, they said they would exchange it for the same top in the same size, but that I would have to pay to ship it back as well as shipping for the new top. I am just very disappointed at both the clothing’s quality and the brand’s response. I would not purchase from this company again, especially considering the price point.

I ordered a top from enduring kairos, it arrived as planned, but I didn’t get what I wanted. I purchased a custom fee for the top I wanted and asked to get a back sowed onto the otherwise backless top. I even sent a picture of how I wanted the back, but when I received the top there wasn’t added a back on the top, there had only been added a piece on the side of the top.
They did not inform me that it wasn’t possible to get the back that I asked for, but just sowed it like they wanted, without informing me.
When I wrote to them about it, the only helpful thing they said was that I could order a different top that already had a back, which shouldn’t be necessary when I already payed an extra fee to get a back added to the shirt.
I wrote them three different solutions, that was in best intentions for both of us, but non of them were suitable for them. They just kept denying their responsibility in the misunderstanding.
They didn’t want to help me and did not want to give me any form of compensation for their lack of communication.
If they had said to me from the start that it wasn’t possible to sow the back I wanted, I simply wouldn’t have bought it.
I simply do not understand why you treat your costumer that way, when you are changing such amount of money for a top.
