I ordered 6 lights 3 weeks later I had told my wife I would be receiving a bunch of big boxes. She said something came but it was in a package. I opened the package and it was 6 small boxes of rolls of digital stickers. Well 2 of the rolls are cracked and didn’t work and no framework like it shows. I had to spend another 200.00 to make such frames and 2 days of work. This is definitely a bait and switch. No way anybody doesn’t complain like most of the reviews say.

I ordered lighting for the Fourth of July. Description and photo showed it being 19 feet high. I paid extra for the larger size. It wasn’t even 12 inches. These people are, in my opinion, lying thieves. These reviews must have been written by their mother. I WOULD NEVER EVER IN TGE HISTORY OF THE UNIVERSE BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

1/3/2025 made online purchase of 3 sets of LED pole fireworks $67.47 charged to PayPal account.
1/31/2025 noticed from energekind.com that order was delivered to my 18"L x 10"W X 6"H mailbox.
I found a 3" X 5" styrofoam-type envelope containing a cheap necklace trinket. My order would have been way too large & bulky to fit my mailbox. My surveillance system showed that USPS did not have any packages for my residence.
I contacted energekind and they stood on the premise that a delivery was made. The trinket had no ID or return address to prove anything.
After much debate, energekind offered $13 refund. I refused and stated I would contact PayPal.
PayPal stated the charge to my account by energekind was $84.34, a diff of $16. I recontacted energekind and they claim a computer error and offered $18 refund. I refused and filed a complaint with PayPal. I had emphasized the bait and switch scheme and the increase in the amount charged to my account without my knowledge.
After filing my complaint, within an hour at midnight, PayPal denied my claim stating the order was delivered even after my explanation. I was furious with PayPal. They didn't even bother to discuss the claim with me.

bought 4 of the fireworks light displays ... looks great on the website but all I got was 4 little boxes with the strings of lights but no way to mount them !! the site that it comes with a convenient, adjustable mounting bracket !!! ... Been emailing back and forth with no luck !!! not happy at all !!!! BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Damaged item, missing wires, parts and many components.
The shipping came in a nylon envelope and torn boxes with some light wire hanging lose out of the box.
Connected with the seller, and he said that this is the right order!
lol…I sent them email with the package and how it was received. They acted like this is the right product not alknowedging the crappy product and worse shipping and packaging which resulted in the package torn and by the time I received it, it was couple of pieces left hanging out of the box.
They offered me $7 compensation then $14, then $20…so I stopped responding to their time wasiting technique, and I disputed in full with my bank and got the refund.
Be ware, it’s a big scam company.

Terrible! Zero stars! I purchased several sets of the fireworks lights. They were shown to be used outdoors, and even said waterproof and would resist fading from the sun. When they arrived, it is clearly marked on the box for non-waterproof and indoor use only. They say 100% satisfaction guaranteed, but that is not the truth. I have sent multiple emails requesting for return them because they weren't as advertised, they said no. They offered me $19, then $21 and I spent more than $200+.
I intend to pursue this until I get my money back. This is a terrible company. They are NOT true to their word that’s for sure!

I ordered the 9 ft solar lights w/wifi three weeks ago. I was notified that the item was delivered to my mailbox. What was in my mailbox was a mini flashlight. I contacted customer service and they asked I send a picture of the flashlight. They responded that I had received the correct item and there was nothing they could do. I sent the info on the original order showing I ordered the 9ft lights. Customer service again responded that I had received the correct item. I'm done. I'll take the loss but will never do business with this company again. I had checked the reviews prior to ordering and they had stellar reviews but it seems they have been receiving bad reviews the past couple of months. Energetkind you can do better. TEMU has you beat by so much.

Ordered the lights on Oct 4, received on Nov 4th, the ad shows them outside on poles, no poles Ad says come from Utah not true. They came from overseas. Ad says waterproof, box says non waterproof not true Ad says fast refund within 15 days, not true Ad says money back guarantee, not true. Have tried to get refunded because of dissatisfaction but they have given me the runaround. I will not buy anything else from this company!

There was nothing telling me i had to build anything. All the pics and videos showed poles with it.
It is also smaller than the pics and videos showed and i wasn't informed i would have to buy 5volt power supply with it.
Also pics and videos showed it being outside and the box said INDOORS only.
I want a complete refund.

I bought a suncatcher depicting 3 owls. It was advertised as being stained glass but is solid plastic and looks cheap. Will never use this site again

Very poor quality, advertised as glass, was all plastic. I am seeking a full refund!
