Energiglass 

Interested to read the review by G Tandy 1st march who says that green measures did the work for Energi glass. Green Measures share a assessor , Andrew John, who also does work for Just Glass , Director Mr Raymond Brown , Bradford Office . These companies share common characteristics preying on vulnerable elderly people , claiming recycling discounts , charging inflated prices , not returning deposits even though promising to do so . Moving money between accounts and opening and closing companies at regular intervals. Trading standards fined Mr Danyal Uddin of Energi glass 48,000 for this and should fine these companies too. An elderly relative was scammed by each of these doorstep callers - energi glass , green measures and just glass! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

My best friend paid£500 for her bricks to be sealed !!!
They have never come to do a NON EVENT and she has now 12 months later not got her money back.
Want closing down, Greenmeasures, not Energiglass who do work for them

Only as can't give minus score.
Company house records show that Energiglass went into liquidation in July 2019 however still communicated with customers until October 2019.
Fitting of doors and windows done by unprofessional trades men,Windows not sealed, split rubbers, gaps in door.
No insurance backed guarantee, fensa can't help even though they are the regulatory body.

The money people have paid for the work done by energiglass goes to a company called Green measures who take there cut then pay energiglass the remainder as there cut for doing the work.

They did not put a vertical part on the right hand side of of bedroom window when i found out i rang them and this guy came in white van looked at it and took the left one off the window side so he could copy it for the right side that was a year ago i am still waiting-. pathetic.

Bought a door and windows from them no shave a problem can’t contact them , dose anyone have a number other than 0800 111 4622?

Oooo energi glass still trading tried contact me yesterday via trust pilot what the hell is going on in liquidation don’t exist on their number or emails but can contact people via here these people need to be found and money returned to everyone please give me your phone number energi glass I’ll call you not problem lot of work still to do in my home

Ok this is my 3rd review still waiting to get problems sorted from 2016 windows that units had blown when they were installed a new door that looks like something from play school all different colours in grains mechanism is all staring to corrode on door and door frame since 6 months ago it was reported still waiting after wrecking my house on installation you think they would of learnt that I was not happy with the trash they have installed if loan was direct from them I would have stopped it and gone to court with them and would of won case hands down but now time to go further a field with these complaints

Took 3 years of constant complaints to resolve a leaky conservatory roof issue.
Still trying to get refund for damaged furniture , promises of refunds and replacements made but nothing received. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !! BUYERS BEWARE!!! Noticed reviewer contacted on some reviews I wonder how many were resolved !!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!I CHOOSE A FRONT DOOR ON 02/05/2019 AND PAID £360.00 DEPOSIT .A WEEK LATER I RECEIVED A BROUCHURE IN THE POST AND WASASKED TO CHOOSE A DIFFERENT DOOR AS THEY SAID THEY WERE NOT USING THAT SUPPLIER ANYMORE. I DIDN'T LIKE ANY OF THE DOORS SO I CANCELLED MY ORDER AND WAS TOLD MY DEPOSIT WOULD BE REFUNDED. DESPITE COUNTLESS E-MAILS AND TELEPHONE CALLS I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. I THINK THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM AND I'M CURRENTLY TAKING THEM TO COURT.

Pestered until reaching a negiotated price to get an order then then did not honour the price, so cost a lot more than previously agreed, then the fitters damaged the some beading on the door which they have not replaced despite several calls, they said it's on order, they don't bother to communicate within their office when left messages.
Don't enter into any deal for windows or doors as they are no longer registered as Energiglass when I call the Number.

Bunch of thieves, refused to give back £530 deposit to my 84yr old mother after very pushy salesman called Paul Stokes from Wigan (that the company says they have never employed) got her to sign up for new guttering at massively over inflated price, and now 2 months later will polity ignore emails, phone calls or any other attempts to get the matter resolved even though order was cancelled within 7 days.
Throw your money down the toilet for better results

Sadly still.awaiting a refund numerous calls.promises and lies. Not to.mention this started with continuous cold calling and bullying on a vulnerable lady .letter sent regarding refund of deposit still no reply starting legal process . Avoid like the plague

I paid my deposit in October 2018, unfortunately my circumstances changed abruptly and I had to cancel which I did both by phone and email and well within the seven days allowed. I have since made numerous phone calls, all of which were handled politely and always resulted in agreement that the refund is due. However, the refund simply does not happen, neither do promised call backs or emails. Most recently I sent recorded delivery letters to both customer services and to a Mr Stephen J. Lever who is a director. This was two weeks ago on May 8th 2019. I have not had any reply so this matter is now being placed in legal hands.

4 months and I am still waiting to receive a refund on my deposit after I cancelled an order within 7 days. Despite numerous phone calls and emails I have had no success. I am now taking legal advice.

Whilst I am not unhappy with the product, this company uses scare tactics to clinch the deal. I was told that my windows were dangerous and all needed serious remedial work. Yet their engineer said this wasn't the case. The fitters did some work on one window, but assured me no work was required elsewhere. I was promised that my windows would look like new - they don't. The glass does seem to make a difference to the room temperature, but given what I paid, I expected the promises they made would be fulfilled.

james eg13690 i took a contract out with this company on 20 november 2018 and cancelled it by recorded delivery letter 21 november 2018.i rang them 14 days later to see when money would be returned and was told it would take a month to return it.this is illegal has it should be returned within 14 days.i rang again in january 2019 and was told i was not on the latest list to be paid and would go on the next list.i sent a recorded letter to their head office giving them 14 days to repay me. no reply.i ring them on a regular basis and the manager has just gone out.i finally got in touch with nigel ham who sent me an email saying there was no reason why this has not been paid and he would send the cheque out in the next few days.this was on 6 march.after 14 days no cheque i emailed nigel again to see why the cheque had not come and after two more unanswered emails i received a reply back saying i have put all the paperwork completed but it is up to directors discretion and he has not the tools to take it further dated 19 march.since then i have sent 3 emails without reply.i rang the office three times last week and no managers to talk to. rang this morning,was told the accounts staff were not in until 10 am,rang at 10,30 am told they were not in and did not know when they would be in.do not get involved with this company under any circumstances they cause nothing but stress and tell nothing but lies.

The job was done on time very good workmanship and kept clean and tidy. Just had to wait for the rendering to be done as the weather wasn't fit at the time.. This has since been done.

On the 15/3/19, they came out and give me a price for a new conservatory roof of £4000.00,I gave them a cheque for £800.00 as a deposit, when there surveyor came out 21/3/19 he said the price he's gave you is a joke the job can't be done for that price, it will cost another £3000.00, I ask him to cancel my order and send my cheque back to me, he said OK I'll let the office know, and ring them in a weeks time to chase up your deposit.
In the mean time they had cashed my cheque.
I rang them 26/3/19 they told me they would send it out and I will have it in a week, I rang on 3/4/19 to ask were my deposit is, they told me they will email there department who deals with cheques and it could take up to a month to get my deposit back.
I rang again 3/4/19 to chase up my deposit there reply was the person who deals with the cheques is of work with personal issues and has been off for over 2 weeks, when I asked is there anyone else in the office who can sign cheques off, there reply was no you will have to wait until he comes back to work, and they don't know when this will be.
I asked to speak to a manager they told me, they will tell you the same as what I've told you so it's pointless.
So I'm out of pocket £800.0.0,
If there's anyone out there going to use energiglass don't they are very unreasonable and don't refund your deposit.
