They took my order (and $225US) a year ago and they went silent. When I ask the status of my order, I get an email that says "there is no status update available". They are still taking money for orders but the website suggests that there are no deliveries. Lots of pictures of boxes being unloaded from trucks but it all looks a little staged - like stock photos. This appears to be a scam started perhaps with good intent but now it has the smell of a fraud. Perhaps just logistical issues, but after a year and they are still taking orders without deliveries.... be careful.

If I could give them 0 stars I would... They steal your money. I had the same experience that the other reviewers.... They never sent me the bolt, but they took my money. Im asking for a refund that I'm not sure I will get... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

Never shipped my item after 3 months and haven't been able to refund me for another 3. Feel like I've been robbed.

These guys are at worst a scam and at best the worst company I have ever dealt with. I advise you don't deal with them as you will hand over your money and take the gamble as to whether you will ever receive a product from them.

False claims, failed shipping date after failed shipping date. An utter disaster and the only reason I imagine they are still solvent is they have everyone's money but hardly anyone has their products...

Please, please do your research and be careful.

The worst company I have ever encountered. Proceed at your peril.

Sick of chasing these guys who quite happily took my money and gave no indicator of the wait time when you did so. I wasn't even aware it was a crowdfunding and have as a result now paid for 2 devices that I still don't have and keep getting fobbed off on delivery dates.

After doing some research it seems the company has a track record of this and quite frankly haven't a clue about customer service or planning to hit deadlines.

Delays are understandable if you realise that you are entering a crowdfunding process (which I now seem to be inadvertently despite paying via the lockitron.com website which had no mention of that) but for this long with next to no updates and standard template responses with no information are not.

The product looks like it could be a great but the staff, delays and general BS that you get from this company just doesn't make it worth the while.

My requests for a refund have been ignored and these guys just don't care! Simple as...

Please avoid

ordered a lock over months ago and still waiting for it, they keep saying they having problems and will deliver shortly but never do STAY AWAY
