They sell their customers to other company and does not even bother to inform and now their customer service helpline doesnot work and also they send a huge invoice

I was called by an employee who promised my electricity prise will go down comparing to what I am paying now. Then I agree to switch, but it was false promise and I have to pay 50% more now than what I was paying earlier now. Customer support doesn’t respond in email. Also they kept a binding period of 6 months even though in call , they mentioned no binding. I am completely cheated. Just waiting for 6 months to escape from them. I am sure all the good ratings given below will be from their own employees

The customer representative was fluent in both english and danish, made sure all details are properly explained. He answered all the questions I had in a proper manner and made sure there is no left out detail. He took extra steps to make my transition from previous supplier seamless and provided with a much better subscription model, with transparency in regards to the changes.

Elias was good at explaining me the advantages and showed me how I can save a few kroners off my bill by shifting to Energi+ and use more greener energy just over a few min phone call.

this company is not good. it is big scam company. i got big bills even i cannot use electricity. I got triple bills. dont buy electricity from this company.

I was overcharged for my energy, so eventually had to call to resolve this. It would have been better if this had not required action on my part. I also had to wait too long to speak to someone however my concern was resolved quickly and as promised.

I have sent numerous emails regarding my discounted electricity rate due to getting my heating with a heat pump. Just google: "reduceret elafgift varmepumpe".
They have confirmed that I fulfill the criteria for a discount and a reimbursement from the previous year.
I have sent them 3 or 4 emails now asking about the refund, no answer so far...
Also, beware that they you sign up with them, there is a binding period. I did not see any of this as I was signing up, and it costs 300 or 400 kr to cancel within the binding period (even though I'm paying 49 subscription!).
In summary, I cannot recommend this company. Extremely difficult to deal with them and have things sorted out.
